Ouch. So i have been doing it all wrong for 5 days now. Today i did it correctly. So what should i do? Start all over again or wait one month and then start again?

A routine for the beginners to start growing!

Hi, so I've been using this routine with some changes, ie. I didn't wait a month, but only two weeks and also increased the reps gradually up to 200 (100 3sec and 100 5sec jelqs). I did see some improvement on length, maybe around 1 to 1.5cm in the first rounds but then nothing. Also nothing for girth sadly. Any tips to improve this routine for girth? I have done the routine 6 rounds now but it has stagnated with the results...

You must go slow as a beginner. Gains take months and /or years. Yes you get a initial bump when you first start but then the long hard work begins before you get anything.The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Sure, I wasn't expecting crazy results from such a laid back routine but it's a bummer when growth gets stuck, that's why I'm looking for tips to shake things around and maybe jumpstart some new growth... So, perhaps another exercise I can add to the routine? To be exact that is what I do now and have been doing for the last 4 months:
- 10 mins warm up
- 30s stretches SU, SD, L, R
- 100 reps of 3s wet jelqs
- 100 reps of 5s wet jelqs
- 10 rotations clockwise / 10 rotations counter clockwise
and sometimes I also add in 2-3 15sec squeezes.
Penis is maybe at 60-75% erect but it varies really, sometimes it gets harder and I have to wait for it to relax.
One day on, 2 days off. When 6 sessions end, I break it off for 2 weeks. Then start again. First couple of months I only did 100-150reps of 3sec wet jelqs.
My rough measurements are:
Length: ~16cm (6.3") bone pressed, on most days.
Girth: 5"/4.5"/4" at shaft-base/mid-shaft/just below the head
When I started I was roughly around 15cm BP on a good day and probably around 14.5cm on a usual day.

Hey, tommy-gunner. I'm also 42. Your workout looks pretty solid. The first thing I would do is maybe move to 1 day on 1 day off if time allows, or do this same workout M-W-F. After six months, I'd say you can add clamped edging to the routine, which is more of a girth-centric thing. I started with a small cable clamp from the Depot. I've broken a couple since then, but it's still my go-to clamp. Clamped edging is easily the most enjoyable part of my routine these days, and it does help with girth.
Erect squeezes are good too, but again, I would wait until you have 6 months under your belt and take it slow.START : 2/6/2020
