          Marc, what was your routine(s) for the past 6 months?
          May 2006: 5.75" X 4.5" - Now: 7.44" X 4.875"

            This is my second day doing it, yesterday I did 3 X 50 and today I did it 150 one shot, more slowly and little bit more pressing, I felt the difference.

            My penis is 5,75'' my goal is 7'' or more lol but whatever I could get more would be great. There a funny or unusual think about my penis, I fund that it could be a great difference in the length between having a errection a not haven one, sometime it is quite scary how small it gets, and that botters me even more without a erection then with one, like I said in my first post it never made a difference for my ex-girl friends but it kind of do one for me. Hoppefully those exercise will also make a difference when I dont have a errection.

            Here is my pics, if it works, I post then anonymous and respecfully as I feel I am in a men locker room, if there anythink you can say to help dont hesitate to tell me

                    On my third day of exercise I notice a bit of red strech mark, am I pulling to hard, maybe on the streching or the exercice? Or is it normal to have this at first?

                      Louis: You may be pulling too hard. Try stretching with less intensity. It doesn't take extreme force to work, especially in the beginning.

                        that is an owesome gain.

                        Dustpan, that is a great gain, and good motivation for me. my wife had 3 /9 lb. babies and her vigina was loose my penis is 5.0 Erected length and 4.75 Erected Girth, never PEd in my life, but I learned about it and started it, I am taking Enzyte for about 45 days now, I am also streching my Penis with some kind of suspenders more less for a week, I am jelqueing every other day for about 45 min for about two weeks. I have seen some gains,
                        meaning about .25 inches in length.
                        my question to you is
                        1. can you have sex after jelquing?
                        2. I am wearing my ADS(all day Strecher) is that ok and can I have sex after that.
                        3. do I need to give a break for my penis? and if so what do you recommend?

                          If the skin of my penis is dry, is it due to the oil I use (body massage oil) or due to the exercise. Last week I had red strecht mark, so I dont pull as hard now, maybe that the reason why, or do you also have this?

                            I wanna thank you all a good advices.but do I understand right? : 6weeks training ,month rest,6weeks training,month rest...and after dad start to work a newbie routinen wich is front site of this website.do you think that good idea?...and sorry again my bad english ...I have no education at all

                              • If you gained and want to go for another cycle, do a 1 week cementing routine and then take a month off.
                              • Repeat the cycle, but add more time
                              • If you do not want to go for another cycle, switch to the main routine on the main site.

These numbers are not guess work, 7 people have reported gains of 1cm+ (5 people at thunders and two of my own test-subjects) in exactly 18 days till now.

                                thunders? By the way I don't understand SO, SD, SU etc.
                                So 1 day on 2 days off after 6 workouts = 18 days, PLUS a week break after the 18 days it's 25 days. then a month break?
                                so after 25 days of workout there needs to be a 30 days break?
                                I've started for 2 weeks with some basic stretches and jelq so should I keep doing what I'm doing (no breaks) or do I have to follow this "slow" routine ---
