Magnesium intake is something I need to work on. There really isn't a lot of food that has it in a decent amount. I'm already taking a ton of pills and powders so it kind of sucks adding it. I read about vitamin K2 in Tim Ferriss' 4 hour body book. That's been on my list for awhile.
Yes EQ was excellent. Mind you, since my wet dreams I've been back on nofap. I believe the orchic extracts can only do so much. The orchic will help semen production which should remain IN THE BODY for as long as possible or until real sex (not masturbation) with a woman. This will lead to genital growth (which I've experienced).
I was actually freaked out when I felt how hard my balls were, they're still hardened then before but not as hard as they were. Like semi-solid hard rubber balls.
I'm taking very little dairy, but I am drinking around a cup of almond milk a day, is calcium from almonds okay?
Update for the past few days: I'm up to 3-4 tablets a day + nofap. Body feels warm. It's 10 degrees, plus there's a fan in my living room on and a window is open. Lots of cold air coming in but I almost feel fever like (in a good way). So that's a good sign that my core temperature is up and my metabolism is probably kicked up. I haven't been exercising enough to tell if the orchic has an anabolic effect.
My neck is also noticeably warmer as well.
