Interesting how all of this bovine glandular is working out, since phosphatidylserine (PS) comes straight from bovine brains and helped my post-T recovery to. How much of PS were you taking when it messed with your sleep? Since you're a fan of megadosing I feel obliged to ask lol. Also, on what moment of the day did you take it?

    Vitamin D3 is known to increase calcium absorption from the gut, so if you continue on supplementing with 10,000 IU daily, it could be wise to include vitamin K2 and magnesium in your mix to keep that calcium from settling in the heart, the valves, the organs, the blood vessels (with the arteries being an infamous site for deposits, leading to the dreaded atherosclerosis which has been proven in studies to start developing in the childhood years)

    Deficiency in vitamin K2 and magnesium are definitive factors in calcification risk due to their proven de-calcifying effects which are among the primary factors for decalcification in the body. When supplementing with such high doses of vitamin D3 eating more green veggies won't cut it, since green veggies are noteworthy sources of calcium, besides their vitamin K2 and magnesium content. So you will always risk that excess calcium intake status without supplementing additional isolated vitamin K2 and magnesium, unless you lower your vitamin D3 supplementation. I have once read someone say on an online board that Vitamin D that is synthesized in the skin through solar light won't upregulate calcium absorption from the gut, due to a different mechanism it is synthesized with but wether or not this is true is unconfirmed. I forgot on what board I've exactly read it.

    Magnesium is healthy as hell by the way, and it boosts testosterone production in humans. Vitamin K2 boosts testosterone production in rats. It did this without interfering with LH levels suggesting it boosted T production locally in the testicles. (No human study has been conducted yet on K2 and T) Both are proven to lower risk of prostate cancer to in humans, by the way.

    So keep in mind your calcium levels as long as you supplement with 10,000 IU of vitamin D3! And consider lowering your dose and/or supplementing with additional vitamin K2 and magnesium as long as you're going to supplement vitamin D3.

    Interesting. I've actually been having a hard time getting a quality vitamin D3 in Canada. Because of restrictions, they don't sell anything above 1000 IU per pill, which I freaking hate.

    Magnesium intake is something I need to work on. There really isn't a lot of food that has it in a decent amount. I'm already taking a ton of pills and powders so it kind of sucks adding it. My mother takes magnesium for sleep so I borrowed hers and I'm taking it tonight. Lets see what happens. I have NEVER taken magnesium supplements.

    I read about vitamin K2 in Tim Ferriss' 4 hour body book. That's been on my list for awhile.

    Yes EQ was excellent. Mind you, since my wet dreams I've been back on nofap. I believe the orchic extracts can only do so much. The orchic will help semen production which should remain IN THE BODY for as long as possible or until real sex (not masturbation) with a woman. This will lead to genital growth (which I've experienced).

    I was actually freaked out when I felt how hard my balls were, they're still hardened then before but not as hard as they were. Like semi-solid hard rubber balls.

    I'm taking very little dairy, but I am drinking around a cup of almond milk a day, is calcium from almonds okay?

    Update for the past few days: I'm up to 3-4 tablets a day + nofap. Body feels warm. It's 10 degrees, plus there's a fan in my living room on and a window is open. Lots of cold air coming in but I almost feel fever like (in a good way). So that's a good sign that my core temperature is up and my metabolism is probably kicked up. I haven't been exercising enough to tell if the orchic has an anabolic effect.

    My neck is also noticeably warmer as well.

      Almonds are fine. Magnesium sulfate, chloride, bisglycinate, malate are fine. The other forms are not as potent imo. Especially oxide, which is crap. The big doses of zinc you were taking could increase risk of prostate cancer by the way, good thing you quit it.

      Genital growth as in penile growth? Could you share your research links you spoke of earlier? Still interested in what ya got.

        Magnesium taurate is also good, magnesium threonate is good, it's the basic ones that aren't so good. Citrate, carbonate and oxide.

          Just testicles getting a little bigger but definitely harder. I'm guessing the walls of the testes have hardened up.

          The tantric exercises + zinc + orchic seem to create a temporary 10-15% testicle and scrotal increase until a wetdream or orgasm. If you held this without orgasming I believe permanent growth is possible.

              Things have been up and down the for the past few days. Yesterday was good, but not great. Towards evening yesterday, all night and today my balls are back to being hard. I think there has been a solid 10% growth. I am now using an icepack to solidify my gains and will do a tantric exercise later.

              Back on 50 mg zinc, 20000 IU Vitamin A, shilajit, bone marrow tablet, orchic tablet, prostate tablet

              Sexual magnetism was good today to.

                I'm close to defeating this varicocele once and for good, so will start my orchic tabs soon. Keep us updated. I believe high levels of androgens do tend to physically attract females. How exactly, I don't know but I do see real possibility. I have run into trouble though. I have taken NutriCology Liquid ammonium molybdate 75mcg once, for sulfites. Afterwards I have numbness in the brain, absence seizures and not feeling as sharp. You got any knowledge on this?

                  Isn't that ammonium stuff toxic? I wouldn't mess around with that type of thing. If you want sulfites or sulfates go with broccoli, fermented cabbage, horse radish, etc.

                  Major update:

                  I think I figured out how to grow bigger balls.

                  Last night I had taken 2 magnesium oxides (200 mg total, it also includes 3 mg of melatonin each) and went to bed lateish. I woke up at around 2:00 with a burning piss feeling and a strange pain in my right testicle. I felt both my balls and they were noticeably bigger and harder, at least 30% bigger. I freaked out and thought it was something SERIOUS so I went to my bedroom and shot a load. Now mind you I've been on nofap for exactly 1 week since my last orgasm (but still looking at porn). You can see my post from my last orgasm 1 week ago EXACTLY. I shot a giant load ONCE and went back to sleep.

                  I am thinking that all the orchic stuff just increases the BODY'S NATURAL state of testosterone and androgen production. Meaning you wont feel anything excessive unless you engage in certain activities. So you wont always feel super horny unless you're doing something sexual, you wont feel stronger until you're lifting weights. The reason for the testicular pain might have been the body's natural increase in androgen production after 1 week:

                    I'm kind of paranoid that the molybdenum deposited in my pituitary gland, damaging it, and messing with my LH and FSH secretion. Is this possible at this dose with presumable normal mineral levels?

                        • I'm on day 3, had to fap on day 1 because I had been on No fap for over a week and although i agree with no porn - think I'm on week 3 of no porn, I think you need to fap at least once a week. Anyway, cum load was hugely increased on day 1 of orchic even though I hadn't for a while it was way more than usual for that long. EQ alot better, bear in mind I have chronic ED I was probably hard enough for fairly poor penetration sex, however that's better than usual for that long. Day 2 and day 3 havnt been so great for EQ but I fapped each day just put of curiosity about cum load and that has definitely increased by about 200% I'm back on No fap going forward.

                          General well being - feel warm all over and much more confident.
                          I havnt really done much in the last 3 days do not much more I can say. But will do some exercise and try and have sex and update along the way.
