The eq went down on doing the exercise, which is not a new thing for me, it goes down for no reason at all most of the time.

When I was pushing down on the vein the glans did seem to be swelling up, not sure if it was appearing like that due to the pull down on the skin or was it real. Blood getting in there.

I think your progress was legit due to this method and not some palcebo.

It was pleasurable. Gonna do that again now. I use oil as lube.

Thanks BigAl. I too got done with the third time of the angion method. The glans seem to swell up, and I think it is because of the blood flow and not the pulling down of skin because once I stopped pulling down the glans went back to normal.

I do think that the logic is good and scientific. I also started doing it because butters reported benefits and the pics inthe video seem legit. I'll be at it for a week or so for 2 times a day and will report results.

So far nothing reportable.

The A-Stretch

The A-Stretch is a type of "fulcrum" stretch.* Fulcrum stretches are considered excellent for targeting the shaft for length- as opposed to the basal ligaments. This stretch is best performed with the penis in a flaccid state.

This exercise*requires the use of both hands.

Step 1: .Hand 1: Grip the penis an inch below the glans and pull straight out.

Step 2. Hand 2: Place your arm underneath the stretched penis.

Step 3. Hand 2: Grab the wrist of arm 1. (For more force, push upwards with your entire arm.)

Step 4. Hold for 20-30 seconds for each repetition.

The recommend beginning repetition count for this exercise is 5.

You can use an implement like a can to perform the “Assisted” version of this exercise.

I wish the lad wasn't banned. His method seems legit, the dick pics at the end of the video seem legit also the method is getting some attention and apparently is offering some benefit too.

I am not asking why was he banned, but it would be good if he were around.
