    October 8th and counting the days as usual. I am really looking forward to getting into some lite jelq work, and yes the deeded prostate massage. After I hit the 90 days of no touching I'm banking on this combo to jumpstart things. The thing I like about the massager is that it really works the contractions well. I will need to look into if it balances the muscles or not, but my experience all though limited, seems to give one hell of a inner workout. I may stay away from jelqing at first just to see how the massage alone works.
    The other thing is that I am getting more stable in the mind, and over all feel better that I have in years. If problems arise I seem to resolve them more calmly and with some sensibility. Mindset is just better, and things are getting done. I also do get blood flow in the rite place now and then with thoughts through out the day. I'm not saying hard wood, but a little bit of Ya Im Here ! TAAB

      Oct 11th I have to say that even though I don't update every day in my log her at the Gym. I do read and chime in almost daily, as of the reboot mostly in this section for ED sufferers. Now it would appear that the majority of the guys that drop in here are looking for an easy answer. The most commonly asked question,...What can I take to get my wood back. Where can I buy Viagra ?,or any other ED med, or herbs. Its always the fast fix that we are trying to find. Now being that I have been in that spot, not so much here but long ago finding the Viagra route through my Dr. I must say that now looking from the outside so to speak, the number one cause is PORN. There is always a few post of denial where members try and help the creator of the thread, but in the end they fizzle out. With any luck the lights will go on for these guys and some do find it back sooner than later to hit there porn addiction head on. Once you figure it out for yourself, and get on the road of recovery, it will become very obvious as you look around. What I mean by that is, you will notice behavior of men that you know. Whether its how they behave in there relationships, or the single guys out on the prowl. Maybe its the XXX emails you receive, but you will know.         Oct 13th I'm almost at the three month mark of no masturbation, and I must say that I would have never thought it to be possible a year ago. Now I still don't know after all this time if I will get solid wood again, but I do know that I am a far better man in my day to day life. I haven't had morning wood,or at mid sleep. I have noticed I do get some blood pumping now and then, where I wouldn't have months ago. Now months ago I was jelqing and doing PE,and there was a few nights that my dick was so hard I had to get up and take a look. Soon, very soon I will move into lite PE and prostate massage to kick start my body again.

          Oct 16th 2013 I am less than 24hous away from making 90 days of not masturbating. I would never ever believed I could go 90 days without masturbating, let alone drop porn Feb 1st till now. I need to keep it short now, but as I head out on my day I may need to plan a party of sorts for tomorrow TAAB

            Since my wife and I have regular sex, I have not jerked in a long time too. Because I am sexually satisfied. I'd say if I jerk twice a month, that would be average for me. The funny parts is that I used to jerk it nearly everyday when I was watching porn and neglecting my wife. Quitting porn has drastically improved my life and marriage. I'm so glad I don't do that anymore. But to get back to my point, you do get some kind of release at some point, do you not? If not your're freaking me out!

              Yeah I'm with dragging here bro how the hell do you not release at all? I would be in pain. Not watching porn is crazy for me, but I'd go insane if I wasn't able to jerk or anything lol! Besides I went a week without jerking it a while back and came within 2 minutes of having sex and made my gf not so happy lol. So I pretty much have to edge to help build up so I don't pe. I think having a good Kegel routine would help me out a lot, but just don't know how many I should do? Anything thoughts?

                  I'm glad I read through all that. As Hue recommended in a previous post, I am done with porn- I'm not masturbating or watching porn again at all up until the time I meet with my girl next, which is not for a few weeks. I hope by that time I will have recovered my erection quality to the point of being a piece of freaking wood.

                    Ok still on the same day here I will answer that question about not masturbating or having a release of any sort. That is all correct ! As far as touching may member it was only to wash or pee. In this last month I did pull a stretch after using the bathroom, but that is absolutely it. So ya now that I look at it I am freaking myself out ! LOL !
                    My Gal doesn't live with me, and being that in the past six or so months she has had one or both of her kids to tend too we haven't got together under the sheets. Basically it was a good thing because when I set a goal I get it done. I kept busy, took care of other things and am still waiting on the wet dream to happen or some indication of better EQ. Now if I get the chance I hope to have a better member to take care of my gal. I also will dip into prostate massage soon, which may trigger things, and will definitely work those muscles that we need to strengthen.                       Oct 17th 2013 90 DAYS NO TOUCHING,NO EJACULATING,NO PE !!!!!!! I MADE IT ! IN THE BOOKS Ok so there it is I made it 90 days, and now the next step in getting my EQ back. I am kind of at a loss in some ways. Its would be like training four years for an Olympic event and then when its all over, you get the "now what's." Well I don't plan on just masturbating for the fun of it, but I will start to jelqing lightly in the next day. I will keep posting here as I will stay away from PE for gains, and keep the work focused on gaining hard wood back. It will be a bit different when I start to hang ,pump ,and pull again. On that note it reminded me of a trip to the local supplement store this past weekend. I know the guy behind the desk pretty well from my frequent stops there over the last many years ,so my comment was well received. They always give me the straight as far as what works and what is hype. I was just getting ready to leave and I noticed a Get It Up product on the check out desk rack top shelf.                           Oct 18th ... And did I ever turn on the horny switch last night when I went to bed. I decided to do a couple minuets of jelqs before bed, nothing other than soft easy pulls. Now I didn't wake up with raging wood or blow a load, but I did get that tingling feeling on wake up. Now I just need to not get to the point of no return, and concentrate on the quality of the exercise.                             Oct 19th 2013 A few words ..... Aneros Vice Prostate Massager and ED. You may do your own searches as to how well this works. All though I am not still not masturbating yet after my 90 days of no touching, I am changing things up as promised. First off I have started some lite Jelqing to get things going again. I find my member could take more than what my arms and hands can take at this time. Still no hard ons or wood in the morning,but once again I am moving into stage two.......Yes the dark side. I did try the Aneros Vice a few times before the no touch 90 days went into effect. I found it different in that I didn't orgasm like you may expect, but I know back then it truly works your hard on supporting muscles.
                            So lets move into todays restart with the Vice. Lets clear something up from the Get Go. In no way am I gay or looking to go that way. Having said that I now get the whole bottom thing(I think). Once the Vice is in place it isn't an automatic thing that you suddenly are getting off.                               Oct 21st So the update is this on the Aneros. I went with another session last night, but found that I may not be use to that sort of activity two days in a row. I'm sure that this could change in time, but for now a day or two between is what Ill do. Now after using this little devil a couple times ,one thing that blows me away is how easy contractions happen though out the day. Kegels are stronger after even one use, its kind of a nice reminder. One thing about Kegels, is often it can be hard to remember to get them done through out the day. If you use a prostate massager you cant help but do them,and after its like the switch has been thrown in the following hours. My muscles have defiantly been tested. If you want you junk to bounce with pulses through out your day, this may be something to look into. TAAB

                                Oct 22nd 2013 Well my junk sure likes the jelq work. I cant believe the size that I have missed with the lay off. I mean I never really thought much about my size the last 90 days, but now that I am putting some action back into Mr Happy I still am looking for some solid wood, but between the Aneros , and the Jelq work when I look in the mirror I am surprised. Its like anything I think when you get something new, or go back to a food dish you haven't had in a while, Its the unfamiliarity.
                                I am thinking Ill go back to the prostrate massage tomorrow, and do a bit of lite Jelq work before bed tonight. I am hoping between the two activities that I will jumpstart things at some point. For those who may have trouble getting good contractions kegeling I recommend looking into Aneros, it is exhausting when you figure it out. I never felt like I have had a workout with kegels, but have strong flexing going on still at day two off the massager. TAAB
