  • TAAB, I need your help. I am inspired by your postings. I am a 58 man who is in relatively good shape. For the past 4 months, I have been relying on masturbating to get hard before my girl friend meets me at our spot. I also started watching porn on my phone to help with the deed. Before this I relied on Viagra, and would have to wait for it to get hard. But this stopped working, and I blamed it on anti depressants, and low T. I have been trying to figure this thing out for 5 years now. Funny thing is, sometimes I do wake up with iron like erections, not too often though. I am on Androgel now, as my Testosterone was a little low at 400. I thought this was going to be the magic bullet, surprise. After reading you post, I am convinced it now it because I am obsessed with it getting hard. I always fondle myself to see if I have that feeling. But more and more the feeling is becoming less and less. I know all is not lost because I was able to get hard without touching myself two times with my lady about a month ago. I loved it, but this doesn't happen a lot. Anyways, I am going to try not touching myself at all, no jerking off, no porn. When I read the story of that 60 not getting him self off, I thought, holy sheet, I always do that. These 4 months, I have been edging like crazy. The other day, I came without getting fully erect, strangest thing! This has happened a few times. I blamed it on because I had not been taking my anti depressant on a regular basis, but maybe it's because of all the fondling, jerking off, and porn, not sure. But can you suggest just a few simple PE exercises I can do to help. It's amazing that my girl friend has stuck with me for 5 years. When I am able to perform the sex is good. I am just trying to take my mind off of it, and stop obsessing about it.     • January 18th Glad you follow along with me Slip ! I think you know what I am going to tell you, so hold on. First off I would talk with your gal and tell her that you think that you may be desensitized due to porn and masturbation. Trust me on this if you get this out and about and tell her about Getting Your Mind Off Porn and all that are effected by it you will be on your way. Its important to be sure that you are stronger than the majority and you want to be a better man, but this will take time ( she should love you for this, taking steps and all). I also know that I have got off without being totally hard, this is something I am to do more about. If your not totally hard .....walk away from the erection that day.
      As far as PE, I would only do jelq work and nothing else. Keep in mind that if you really want to take control I would first do at the very least Drop Porn and don't touch your dick at all for at 30 days. Stay off Porn For ever. With me it became a challenge, and it seems I like challenges resulting in over 100 days without touching my junk. Its about trusting that you are on the rite path. Like an athlete trusting his coach to get to his very best. As an athlete I know going into the season that I can only hit the high notes for about 6 weeks. There are no double peaks a year as I close in on 50, but I know what works and am always mixing it up with the Pros after following what I trust.
      So trust yourself and know that quitting Porn for life is and absolute must. Try 30 days without jerking off, if you can go longer do so. I ... as you will as well learn is self control. I only am at a couple releases a week now. I have slipped up with PE and blow a load, so what move on and get back to my set plan. I am sure that having looked back like myself you will find Porn has been there in the back for years. For me I am still getting better. It may take 5 years, but I swear to DOG I will get rock hard and star in a Porno, with Rock Hard Erection on demand. maybe that's a bit much, but I will be able to if I wanted.
      It just is knowing that this is a life style change that is a long term thing. Like a diet, its a life style change, not a 30 day starvation to hit lower numbers on the scale. If after 30 days of not touching your member (real sex is fine, with your real GF) you think you are on the road to recovery( with me I was looking for a wet dream, still not happened), then and only then stick to Jelq work, and do it correctly. This will make your hands and arms sore, but done correctly I feel this in the last few weeks is what has got my wood happening.

        • January26th Finally had a chance this week (today)to get a short session in with my prostate massager. I do look forward to this, mainly because I know the next few days I will have very good urine flow. Saves get ups in the night some times, and often gets that wood working. I sure do notice the difference between the clench muscles and what I would call the other not so used pelvic floor group. Once you can sort the difference out, and this thing helps, you can then do the two different types of Kegel exercises. TAAB

          • January 29th I love days I can get up and tell you guys about a Solid Wood Night. It hasn't been a morning thing yet, always a mid sleep bathroom thing, but Wood is Wood ! I make a habit of enjoying it for as long as I can stand to before I either need to relieve myself of want to go back to sleep. For me its like I had taken a Viagra, almost involuntary so to speak.               • lower body exercises. exercises effecting the hamstrings, quads, and most importantly the glutius maximus(your butt). most people suffer from erectyle disfunction because the core and lower body muscles have become non responsive when stimulating your reproductive organs. cardio exercises such as treadmill jogging, or eleptical are the safest and low impact ways of building the muscles you need to stimulate sex.

                  • Hey its the 31st of January, the eve of a full year without Porn. Do you think I can get past the next few hours LOL. How time fly's. Well no wood last night, its funny how I was on a two day run and now just horned up, but no wood. One thing is apparent to me is I had none during my 100 plus days of abstinence , but now back to PE and a couple releases a week I am getting mid sleep wood. It will be very interesting heading into the next year as to how things turn around now that I am striving for the next inch.
                    As far as the Electro stimulation, other than feeling kind of good, I really haven't pursued this as much as I would like too. Now that wood has popped up now and then without using this method, I don't think Ill try to make the effort to do this other than if I have nothing else to do. I think my aches a pains would benefit more from the time available. Also as far as time available, I believe that the regrowth of my foreskin will give the greatest results in the next year as far as correcting ED.
                    I need to add a little to the above post that came from "rollyppable". I feel that whether its cycling, running hiking, any exercise that works the body. I feel that its all about using the full range of your muscles to benefit the fix for ED. Because I know cycling and running I feel that its things like a full squat that help due to its range of motion. I have a better member now years latter after thousands of miles on a bicycle seat than before. I don't think with the amount of good/proper seats that you should have problems correctly fit to do this activity. I do think that its due to developing a stronger lack of range muscle group.                     • FEB 1ST 2014 ONE YEAR CLEAN FROM PORN I made it ! One full year not going to sites or looking at pics and video jerking to porn. There it is it can be done. I feel better in many ways, I have been getting wood here and there (still looking for more). I now have control of this and have shown myself I can do this towards anything when required. Now if you don't mind Ill be getting back to stretching my Member ! TAAB

                      • Feb 1st again. Went out and bought some Maca and Rutin pills . I also go off and on Arginine and Ornithine, thought I would kick start myself this month and go back on. I tend to pick up my training and any boost in recovery is a bonus. The thing is with most of what I take for supplements are also very good for Mr. Happy. We will see. TAAB

                        • Feb 2nd Due to new guys going to one or the other threads about my ED. I had just done a quick recap in the success forum and feel that if you stumble to the year end here this is an important recap to have here as well...........so here is that copy and paste. This is about me making it a full year without any porn. Once you read this I think it will be of great value to read the whole thing from the start. Then find another thread of another member and keep going. It will all help towards your goal. Here's the recap.

                          When I first tried to go off this poison I started to drift towards craigslist ads or other dating sites and tell myself that was ok. But it wasn't ok at that time, I did go back and look at the real thing,......But ..... I then went away from the Porn sites and then back to the ads.......Then I totally fucked up and found some sick shit and decided to stop Cold Turkey. It wasn't the best way, but looking back it was steps in a process I needed to do. Some may need to go from movies to stills to soft core to out of viewing completely. Now after a year its not like I don't see the odd boob sent to me or a seductive ad, it becomes if you react to it or not.
                          Ill give you a for instance. My Gal has never viewed porn or got off to erotica, however we watched a Where are they now movie about porn stars. Did I view porn no, I actually closed my eyes if it got a bit more naked than the odd boob shot, but I totally looked at it as the documentary that it was. I didn't get turned on, or wanted to stroke, it was just a movie my gal wanted to watch and that was ok. Hell I see more dick here that I ever did watching porn, the fact is I don't seek it out and jerk off to it is the key.
                          So if you think you have a small cheat, or you have a relapse, don't sweat it. Just break the habit and you will be on your way. I'm not saying let yourself view it now and then. If you have this porn addiction and you go a few weeks and slip up.......YOU WENT A FEW WEEKS. Pat yourself on the back, tell your self due to the guilt I know I fucked up and start your trek to greatness and recovery again. In the end if you go another 5 weeks before a relapse, the total is months and two viewings. THATS BETTER THAN WHERE YOU STARTED FROM.
                          Now strap some weights on your dicks and go watch the Super Bowl and forget about the web sites and check out the cheer leaders.                             • Sunday Feb 9th After a crazy last few months my Girl and I finally had some quality time together. I hate to admit that it was before the reboot, so maybe closer to 8 months. LIFE ! Now because I haven't had the pleasure of getting it on with her for some time I did take a very small piece of the Blue pill just , well maybe for the confidence part of it. Truth be told they didn't work for me very well when addicted to porn. I didn't really feel its normal side effects, but I had far better control and use of my Golden Rod ! I would say I am about 75 to 80 % there as far as rocking wood. Any time I needed to get hard, a little work from my gal and all was good. I do notice that I will need more work to fill up my now PE induce size. This is a problem I can live with TAAB

                              • Feb 11th I was reading about Towel Raises a few weeks ago, and had a thought. I remember when it was almost a party trick to hang a hat or towel on my dick for a giggle, and make it bob up and down. That was many many years ago back in my twenties. I don't even really get much of a bounce when hard now, but that's when I thought instead of placing anything on my dick when hard, lets just try and really work that kegel. In one week I have seen a difference. I edge up to hard, then get a couple bounces up. Now after a week I am almost up to ten. It still is strange that when I did get mid sleep wood that this is so easy, but now I want to connect my brain to my awake wood. I have found through all the pelvic floor exercises that having visual when hard works better for me. Don't get me wrong I'm not pointing at the sky yet, but I think this will happen and it may be my key to keeping Wonder Boy harder when needed. So far I like the progress. TAAB
