I seem to lose my erection faster when I'm standing too. I measure standing up so it's not always at 100% EQ, would be interesting to know if it's normal or there is an underlying issue.Start: BPEL - 7.008", MEG - 5.197"

Thing is i never get those lasting morning erections anymore. And that not only because of the injury. Iam dealing with depression and other muscle and sleep issues. Iam working on everything ofcourse. I will do it. I haven't had those kind since I was in my teens. They stop as you get older. When I have morning wood it's usually gone by the time I get up and get dressed then I'm just left with a pumped flaccid. They do put warnings everywhere, it's your choice whether you listen or not. I struggle with maintaining erection standing but it was the same before PE. Fucked up things is that the loss of girth behind the glanse is really annoying because it's also on flaccid state. My dick budges on the underwear and it gets a weird feeling. I heard that a pump is great for girth gains. Although right now I have a different routine and goal. But girth will soon be on my checklist to do. Iam around 5.3 in the base and less near the tip. I know this is an old thread but I am responding since I feel I am in this sort of situation.
For the longest time, I have had a relatively unpredictable penis.
At times am having insane 100% night and morning woods, at times it is barely there and sometimes not there at all. This is before I even began PE.
After PE, my size and EQ improved to be honest but the same thing persisted. At times am having insane erections, at times the EQ is just enough to penetrate and not extremely hard as I would wish it to be.
At times I do get erections at night which slowly fall down when I stand up, at times it just stays until I can walk to bathroom and back with it, other nights no erection at all.
SEX LIFE at times my EQ is 10/10. Sometimes just enough to penetrate. A few times, (Less than 5 to be precise - I could not get erect at all) but for some reason, am a very positive person with my life. I never really let these varying erections bother me at all. I partly say this because I tend to assume just like my wife at times would get so horny and all wet, other times just horny enough to allow sex, penis to me also behaves like that. At times, it has insane erection, sometimes not there.
Life has so many variables which are bound to affect erection so I think it would be unfair to let erection affect your life unless it is chronic issue.
Another thing, sometimes I lose erections within 30 seconds of no stimulation even when having sex I have to keep on thrusting and thrusting otherwise it will go flaccid. But other times out of nowhere, it will stay hard all through and can keep thrusting for ever 1 hour sometimes even 3 hours of little rests in between. (The rest might even let my penis go flaccid then stimulate it psychologically until it is fully erect and I continue).

I am a gym goer for the last one year and I realized even my own body behaves like that. Sometimes am so strong lifting very heavy weights, but some days am feeling not strong, for a reason I can hardly explain and just do the gym just to fill up the day.

Predictably, I came to realize when am in top shape mentally and physically, my erections are pretty much good always with EQ 8 and above so I try so much to stay stress free, eat well, drink enough water, sleep well etc. But some days, this is life, we just cannot seem to always get it how we want and guess what, my erections suffers too.
But to be honest, I really would wish it would be always 100% erection even when I stand up it stays there.
Other than that, my wife thinks my sex organ is too strong because I always give her orgasm. What I mastered, when I penetrate at EQ of 6 (just hard to go in) I edge inside to near PONR, this makes the penis hard, I try so much to maintain it there for as long as possible.

But could be be over ambitious in here in PE? I see most sexologists having no problem with a penis just hard enough to have sex. In fact, if you can penetrate, most sexologists would not feel bothered with your case. But hey, who hates to be the best and to have the best?

Variance in performance is definately real. I also find much difference in workouts, some days the explosiveness and feeling are just on a different level. Similarly with EQ but the thing is that I usually have no idea before I grip the bar or the penis.
In sports, especially in higher levels, it's not uncommon to measure heart rate variability or other markers to help gauge the appropriate intensity for the days training. These markers are more for sports probably than EQ but no doubt things like these affect EQ too, more or less. I don't mean everything can or should be measured but keeping a log and taking into account many different factors might help in noticing positive trends for either EQ or working out.
