Noticed something else guys. Sometimes i get hard flaccid mostly when i workout , my penis gets harder when flaccid and sometimes when the boxer is to tight. Sometimes might happen randomly. Any ideas?

It sounds like you might have less blood going to your penis when you work out. This is normal. Also if your underwear is really tight it can restrict blood flow also. Wear loosed underpants and start doing reverse kegels, deep flat footed squats, and other yoga stretches that help relieve tension in the lower back, abdominals, pelvis, butt, and thighs. Get things loosened up in your pelvic floor and that will help with circulation.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

So i just want to report something i have morning erections almost everyday. When i stand up sometimes it does not drop sometimes it does, not very fast but still. I have exactly same symptoms with you. I read all of your posts and I think we need to act with solidarity. I am over anxious about it. I had no morning wood for 4 months and after playing tennis and making cardio exercises, I started to regain it but not as hard as it was before and sometimes flaccid. Also having hard time to maintain it while standing up. But good when I am sitting. Kegels are a great way to help improve EQ. You might also want to do some edging and light jelqing at lower erection levels. These are all good ways to help improve blood flow to the penis.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.
