My abs are under a layer of loose skin thats on my abs from losing ~120 pounds in a year, but heres a arm picAttached FilesAs of 1/2011
Current Length: 7.25
Current Girth: 4.25 under glands, 5.25 middle, 5.75 base
BP Flaccid Length: ~5
BP Flaccid Stretch ~7.5
Goal: 8x6
Slowly getting there..

Weights are easy, the cardio and advanced cardio and weights stuff is whats more difficult. i can stay home all day and lift dumbbells and get jacked instead of going to the gym but i dont..Originally posted by Prince Charles View PostIt's not really that hard lol.
