            My abs are under a layer of loose skin thats on my abs from losing ~120 pounds in a year, but heres a arm pic

                @ 192 lbs this winter, on my way down to 180 for the summer. This was about a month or so ago. I'm at ~186 now.

                    Do u know how difficult it is to maintain a fit and muscular body? I work out 4-5 days a week, its difficult..

                        Weights are easy, the cardio and advanced cardio and weights stuff is whats more difficult. i can stay home all day and lift dumbbells and get jacked instead of going to the gym but i dont..

                              Diet is by far the hardest part to looking good. Limited work at the gym with an excellent diet is far superior to having a terrible diet and slaving away at the gym.
