I'm 5'11, 179lbs @ 15.75% body fat so havent really got abs yet but I've 'gained' in the last few weeks although my 'weight' has pretty much stayed the same due to losing body fat, gaining muscle mass
I was going to say the same thing. Everyone has abs, you just have to battle through that TERRIBLE belly fat to see them. However, working them out helps a lot... and drinking LOTS of water.
I don't drink as much water as I want to because I'm drinking 3-4 protein shakes a day (which is mostly water, about 2.4 litres) although I want to drink about 2 litres of pure water a day too. I also don't mind pepsi max although I've cut down on it.
I'm 6', 150lbs, 12% bf and I'm starting to see the outline of the bottom ab
I have been working hard for that lol. Still need to get more muscle mass though... I seem to be a hard gainer in that respect

I seem to have a big frame naturally at 5'11 I'm 151lbs lean and 179lbs fully (approx). A lot of people I know around my height, not much shorter are that weight/not much more are that weight fully (lean and body fat)
