I def agree too.. Even though my diet is horrible at times haha. Some people are just lucky with genetics..

Age 15-18 I ate whatever I wanted and lifted and had a 6 pack year round. Now is not the case anymore. You see that picture - I won't tell you that I'm fat by any means but that is what happens when you lift hard and your diet is ehh. Abs clearly aren't defined besides the top two and my hips are carrying a bit of fat on them. And I'm 21 years old now - still young but clearly not reaping the benefits of adolescent metabolism any longer.

Man i want to show off my abs to but as i said i used to be fat lost and sicne i lost all the weight i got loose skin on my abs and its nasty, even those i got tons of muscle under it, its the damn skin, i sooo wish i had better eating habits as a child :-/ i can do from the pecs up, but from the pecs down its loose skin :-/As of 1/2011

You should be proud.. the saggy skin is a battle wound, a reminder of your achievement..i get its a bitter sweet thing.. but be proud.

Not to brag but all the time
The appearance of abs are a combo of high muscle mass and low body fat.. So what I do is 8-12 reps on the crunch machine/dumbbell-leg lift to gain muscle, cardio to lose the fat.
