        • Workout done. It felt like the curls were slightly easier, but not by much. I am pretty sure I am starting to see a little bit of muscle in my arms as well.

            • As much as I don't want to do it tomorrow I am going to look at what I eat and count the calories as I am sure I have gained quite a bit of weight recently.

              • Quick workout for today done. I am quite surprised how much just 10 pounds extra does.

                • I recorded what I ate yesterday. These are, usually, the typical meals for me everyday.

Breakfast - Cereal (Frosted Mini Wheats) and 2 mandarin oranges
                  Calories - 966

Yes I know that is unbelievable. This surprised me in two ways, one that a mandarin orange is about 103 calories, and the next is that I was having about twice as much cereal as I thought I was actually having.

Lunch - 2 Egg wraps (2 whole wheat tortillas, 4 slices of lunch meat, 1 slice of cheese, 6 eggs), 2 pieces of toast (with peanut butter), and an apple
                  Calories - 1295

This isn't all that surprising to me although it is still not great. I usually have 2 oranges with this meal as well, but yesterday I ran out because of breakfast.

Dinner - Salad (with shredded cheese and light ranch dressing), a sandwich (1 slice of cheese and 8 pieces of lunch meat), and 2 mandarin oranges.
                  Calories - 1021

                  Total - 3217

Now I didn't do the math for the overall totals of each meal until just now, so this surprises the absolute fuck out of me, and it is no wonder why I haven't been losing weight the last 4-5 months. Not to mention this doesn't even count the occasional extra bowl of cereal I have if I am feeling hungry.

Now the problems I have here is that even with this crazy amount of calories I am putting into myself I still have those cravings for that extra something late at night and breakfast and dinner only keep me satisfied for about 3 hours or so while lunch keeps me satiated around 5 or 6 hours. The others being that my options for meals are the ones listed, some sort of pasta, or chicken (which usually ends up in the pasta) and that is about the limit of my knowledge when it comes to cooking. The final problem would be that I have zero money and while I have some control over the food that comes into the house I am not the one with the final say on it all.

So obviously some things need to change, and in a pretty big way, and the only thing I can think of is reducing some of the things I eat, but that only leads to an increase in hunger situation.

                    • I have read over the internet where if you wear a light-weight jacket in warm weather while you're walking outside, you will burn over 600 calories, because, when the muscles are warm, you sweat and sweat reduces calories, I wear a jacket when I'm at work, cause I go outside quite frequently. Hope that helps

I was on a 1800 calorie diet at one time,it was really strick. I couldn't eat nothing but meat and veggies, and I just simply failed after a while, because, I felt it wasn't doing right, I wasn't loosing weight, and I just gave up, but I'm trying to loose weight with a better attitude and a fresher mind.

I have started to think about exercising a little differently. I have started working on my diet a little more, although it has been a slow process.

                            • Quick Sunday workout done. I wasn't going to say anything about this recently, but while doing the curls I have this odd.....I guess it would be considered pain in the middle area of my forearms. At first I thought it was just with the barbell curls, seeing as that is 100 pounds, but doing curls with 30 and this happening leads me to be believe that something might not be quite right.
