The idea that people who eats lots of veggies get the poops is just wrong. You're making things up in your meat only religion. You are simply a meat vegan. Doesn't bother me any but let's be factual.

I think you're mischaracterizing it to your advantage. While I don't subscribe to veganism, the truth is that he lived to the age of 95 - well past life expectency - and I believe he may have had heart disease (I mean...he was 95 after all) but was it really a "massive heart attack"?

Again, I'm not advocating for veganism - I don't think it's a particularly healthy way to eat - but am just trying to say that the arguments have to be consistent and contextual. My understanding is that Dinshah was also a big smoker and a drinker. True?? Dunno for sure. But that article also said that congenital heart disease was in the family history. The point being that there are many factors to consider. Perhaps he and his family ate a lot of processed plant foods (breads, pastas, etc...) and sugar. We know that meat eaters who also consume those high GI carbs suffer heart attach and stroke but you're not gonna blame those deaths on the meat, are you?

Agreed. And experts agree. In the past several years, the annual ranking of diets by experts is pretty consistent - the highest ranked diets are more balanced, the vegan diet ranks in the lower half, and the heavy meat-eater diet ranks even worse in the bottom quarter.
