Chicken fat or pork fat, or some nice beef fat on toast with some jelly from the bottom and must have some white pepper and salt on it.

          • Nearly broke a tooth today.... I'm currently addicted to olives. Green, brown and black, I've been eating them everyday for the last week.

Anyway I throw a couple of green olives my mouth and go to chew but they still had there stones in! Thankfully I have strong teeth.

Note to self... must check what I'm putting in my mouth!
Women were created from the rib of man to be beside him, not from his head to top him, nor from his feet to be trampled by him, but from under his arm to be protected by him, near to his heart to be loved by him.

Youre right, no small green olives for you, nothing but the big black ones. XOXO.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

              • Eating meat is essential to a healthy diet & plants are also living organisms, if you're an animal lover i guess you have some reason to be vegan, but i hate animals & love how they taste.

Us humans only can absorb about 25-26 g's of protein per sitting.. And the thing about peanut butter is the amount of icing sugar in the formula.. That is why I stopped eating when on the high fat, high protein, low carb.. It just seems to me there are a lot of high end (price, peanut butter for one is getting scary expensive here) foods to eat to get to the proper amounts of proteins and fats..
Those articles you read to give you such info is terribly outdated, tonnes of health fanatics do intermittent fasting & eat 1-2 meals in a short time span daily & protein absorption isn't an issue.

                  • I do have to give vegans credit for the will power they have to deny what I think tastes so good.

                    • having recently converted, It's not as difficult as you would think. Protein is EVERYWHERE... why go through an animal to get protein they get from eating plants...

Why do we season meat with plants to make meat taste good?

Carnism, for all intents and purposes, is not really good for your body in the long run. Same with processed foods. I had a workout blog here for a while... I always struggled with my weight.

After switching the weight has been flying off me. I'm not super bent out of shape about animals and their plight as I feel like there are other living things on the planet that deserve our attention just as much as the animals (and plenty of vegans care more about animals than they do fellow humans), so that's not really HUGE on my radar, but knowing exactly what they put the critters through just to make food for humans is a little disheartening.

Look at the filters on Milk/Dairy farms... filled with puss and blood from the cows because they have infections. They call this "pasteurization" in a pretty way to make it seem like they're just "thinning" the milk... nah, there are serious antibiotics, and White bloodcell removal processes. "Pasteur" makes you think hearty wheatfields when it's really a disgusting medical procedure.

Having been off meat for a long time (Only ate chicken and dairy for nearly ten years) it's been tough to get rid of Cookies and Cream icecream (My vice)... but I've found plenty of protein substitutes.

I've lost 17lbs of fat in one month, no muscle loss... Guilt free eating, too... Our bodies CAN process meat, but that process is solely for survival. we can easily live without it.

You have been totally misinformed on this one. There are no filters that separate out puss, infection or whatever from the milk. All milk is tested for bacteria, infections or anything else that may compromise it before being loaded on the truck to be shipped to the dairy. I grew up in a dairy farming town and still live around them and I can tell you that there have been times when a farm has had to dump the entire days production because the milk from one cow with an infection entered the main tank. Pasteurization is NOT thinning the milk, it's a process that keeps the fat and cream from separating out of the milk.

I can appreciate anyone who may be upset at watching these farm animal abuse documentaries but it is far from the norm. Go read some of my earlier posts to see what the norm is on these dairy farms.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Vegans are told a lot of similar stories .
They spread within the community and tend to sell by repetition.

There's also a very important point that meat eaters pass round 'I eat animals that have been humanly killed...

No animal that wishes to live is humanly killed... checked out slaughterhouses if you don't believe me. See the fear of the animals being humanly killed for your plate.

Also check out the cows crying when there babies are taken from them so you can have her milk.
