I don't mind going to the dentist if it's just for a cleaning but the minute I hear "uh oh, you've got a cavity" I think "SHIT!"....I hate being numbed up and hearing that damn drill. Otherwise, I don't mind going. I look at it as more of a nuisance than anything.

I had a root canal done and it wasn't too bad (was much worse before the root canal) but I can imagine it could get nasty if you didn't have a good dentist. My old supervisor had once gotten a root canal by a student dentist without any anesthetic, and he was told to just man up and take it.Comment

Adele pisses me off anyway. Seems like I have an ability to see something and judge its worth - well it's just that I can tell if something is going to suck or not, even before I experience it.
And I am almost always right when I use this "ability" when it comes to music or films, then on lesser extent on food, books, etc ...
