    • For starters, is it dangerous to do kegels while using a penis pump? If kegels increase blood flow to the penis, wouldn't it be benificial?

      • Before or after pumping, yes. Do not do Kegels while your dick is under vacuum. Your veins are already distended
        and it would be a good way to cause a thromboses.

          Another PE n00b here!

          Why am I here? To inlarge my member obviously!!! Even though the wife says it's plenty big enough, and I don't have a problem with it really. I'm just curious really. My first measurement was on September 8th and was:

          NBPEL - 15.5CM
          EG - 12.6CM (I'm using CM as they are easier to crunch numbers with than inches, but im a little over 6" now and wanna get to 7" if that works then I'll just carry on until I'm a tripod I guess!)

                Welcome aboard for a most amazing and rewarding journey. I think you came to the right place. You'll find the Moderators know what they're talking about and will guide you to the goal. On your side, determination and consistency are the key. I know from experience that being too rough on that fella is not the way to go. I seldom listen to my own advice and then pop a blood vessel or get a bruise. But either way the routines here work. Watch the videos in the Guides tab at the top of the forum page. They really help. Above all, listen to the Moderators. These are cool guys.

                    • Hi im new and i have been doing a pe routine for 2 weeks now
                      im doing 2 days on 1 day rest

                      10 min warmup
                      20 second stretches all sides 0-20% erect with several kegels
                      2 sets of 20 rep JAI stretches
                      140 wet jelqs
                      egding
                      hot shower for warm down

                      its only been 2 weeks so im not surprised that i havent seen gains yet
                      but i was wondering if this routine is okay or too intense for me

                      • Hey there guys! Just wanted to say hello as a new 'member'. There's so much potential for double entendres here, lol. But seriously this has to be a means to an end, not the other way round. As in there's a reason I want a thick hard 8 incher. Not just for my own satisfaction or as some personal challenge, but to please my good lady and have a great sex life in my 40's and for many years to come. I've been doing this for 2 weeks and have felt some benefits already. My chappie looks a lot happier and stands to attention more than since my teens I think. But, I've found that there are other benefits of this too. I want to improve myself not just in bed, but feel motivated now to eat a better diet with less fat, look after my body and mind too. I think aiming for a better sex life will mean I will improve myself all round and be happier and better in all relationships including friendships too. Funny that seeing a link to this site caught the eye. I'll keep a log of progress. Wishing everyone here well and nice to join you all.

                        Currently 5" flaccid, 6.75" fully erect, 5.5" girth.

                        • Hello, everyone. I am new to the site. Like many of you guys, I've been searching the web billions of times to find out if PE REALLY worked. Doctors say nono, and some people put their own opinions that are so ambiguous. But I read about the TGC Theory on this forum a while ago, and it really provided me with deep understanding of how penis really worked. And now I have many doubts on those doctors who haven't tried PE saying it WON'T work. How would they know if they themselves haven't tried PE for real? It's almost like how would you really know if Earth is really round and not flat without deep understanding of how gravity and mass are related to each other? Even some doctors don't know some parts of penis is actually a type of muscle called smooth muscle. How ridiculous is that? And they say it can't be worked out? Nonsense, based on many people who say that they have STRONGER erections after PE. How would they argue with that?

                          Anyways, I am one of those guys who was interested in PE but was not quite sure enough to dedicate my time and commitment to it like working out other muscles or my hobbies or even studying. Now, I am more convinced why PE REALLY works after reading about the TGC Theory that someone posted, and thank you for posting that article. And my penis is pretty much average in size; about 5.875 in. BPEL and about 4.25 in. for the girth, and my flaccid length varies depending on cold or hot temperature, probably 3 ~ 4 in. It would be pretty sweet if I can get around 6.5 in. BPEL and 5 ~ 5.5 in. for the girth.

                          So, I started PE last night, and it felt good when my penis was getting good blood flow when it usually wouldn't and just turtles like a shy boy. And here's some observations after I did PE for about 15 ~ 20 minutes, and tell me if these are good things. I noticed that veins on top of penis were a little bit bulging, my flaccid penis was more hung down, and the most interesting part, my penis was a little bit pulsating like a tiny heart for a couple minutes when I put my hand around it.
