  • Hello all Willbr here Midnite 09192009; New to the site not real new to the kegels but new to the right way to stretch/jelq/ etc; not new to the desire; I'm a confirmed nudist so no shame in my apperance, but definitely dsire to fill up the woman better; she says I'm ok, but she has a toy 2+ inches longer tnan me that she can take to the hilt, so I'm jeolous? of it (a peice of rubber!) anyway I beleive this will work, so here goes; later

          Welcome, pe student, to get a quick start, read the PE book (read it three times), read treads recommended by senior members (beginners routine) and write down your long term and short term goals. You can achieve you goals with knowledge, training and patience.

          Nothing will hold you back.

            Hello everyone this is third week in PE and I am doig JonPop 90 day begginners routine. So far I have not seen gains, but none were expected. I have noticed a fuller shaft in its flacid state, and it does not turtle up as much anymore.

            I keggel religiously after 2 weeks I can hold a tight keggel for 1 minute and 30 second rest and do it for 6 times. I can keggel over 100 times in a session having several sessions throughout the day. I dont know if I am overdoing it though.

            Like most of you I hope to be another statistic of how PE really works.

            For a life long journey, here we go.

              Hi everyone, my name is Steve, i am 19 and my EL is 6.5 fully erect. Also i am circumcised if that makes any difference? I have done some research and will be doing 6 days on 1 off. My routine will consist of a 10-15min Warm up (although not sure how yet) 15-20min stretch in every direction, kegels(also don't know how to do yet) 20 minute semi-erect jelq, and 10 min squeezing and 10 mins compressed rolls(dont know either). And tis edging thing i will give a go aswell.
              Any advice and does anyone have videos of how to perform the ones i don't know how to do ? ?
              I am looking for speedy gains like 0.5 in the first month i will be very satisfied!

                  • Jon Pop has a routine specifically designed,for people new to PE. Please read it and hopefully you will follow it. If you do the routine you devised you will end up injured in no time.Some people gain quicker than others,but doing more is not going to help but hurt.I started out five minutes of stretching and ten minutes of jelqing I did that for five weeks,The warm up ten minutes and cool down two minutes.I got this from the exercising the penis book,which every body new should have.PE is a life long thing it does not happen over night.It takes time and commitment,the problem if a little is good; more should be better,after all we want to have quicker gains and end up going backwards and making no gains for all are efforts.and quiting In the beginning 'LESS MEANS MORE'

                    • Hi everyone, I'm Max, I'm 20 years old, I'm English living in the east of England, I've been looking at different ways to enhance the size of my penis and theres alot of garbage out there, I've been so close to purchasing enhancement pills until coming across penis exercising techneques and the Idea seems to make more sense than anything. I stumbled upon this site today and it looks legit, looks as-though theres alot of good information on here aswel as alot of helpful people, but obviously with it being internet based I'm still going to keep an open mind about what people say.

                      Now abit about my reasons for my search for enhancement techneques of the penis:

                      I wouldn't say I'm mega cut down about the size of my package as my girlfriend seems to be happy with things on the sexual side of our relationship, but like most men I wouldn't say no to adding an extra few inches. I have been using a penis extension sleeve on and off with my partner for a few months now which adds an extra 3 inches and she does really like it and it gets her going more but she said that even without it she enjoys sex, but the extension hits the right spot alot more. Now I want to scrap the extension sleeve and develop my penis to atleast EL-8" EG-5.5", I'm currently EL-5" and EG-4.5" so if I could reach my target that would be great.

                      After reading abit about exercising the penis I understand that its not going to happen overnight and that I'm going to have to be patient, which is fine as It would be great to come on here to update my progress with you guys and have abit of banter.

                          • Hiyo! I'm 18 and I don't know my exact measurements but both length and girth are under 6". At one time before I measured it I actually thought that I was pretty big, until a couple months ago I got around to measuring it using a dollar bill (didn't have a ruler/tape measure handy) and realized that I'm actually much smaller than I thought I was. I've been really unconfident about it ever since. I've never had sex, but the thought of my cock being below-average satisfying my entire life depresses me. I've been trying to look for sites with size surveys/polls to see just how far below average I am but it's been pretty hard to find one that doesn't try to sell you a random book or regiment towards the end. Then I found this site! I was suspicious at first but after I looked at the forum activity I was dumbfounded at how large and active of a site this is. There are tons of people here with thousands of posts each! And all of them seem super-nice. So I figured I'd sign up and introduce myself! After this I'm going to read about the exercises and whatnot, buy a ruler so I can accurately measure my "before" dick, and then see how things go! Perhaps I'll even become active in this community. It seems a lot nicer than most, plus being around people who aspire to become better in something is quite motivational in general.

                            I have two questions:
                            - How much have you grown, JonPop?
                            - Wikipedia states "Risks that exist from [jelqing] are: burst blood vessels, sometimes causing bleeding from the urethra (which can lead to infection and other complications if not taken care of), and temporary or even permanent erectile dysfunction." How often do these happen?

                              • I just joined but I bought the book a few months ago and have been working out for 3 months. I am 50 and really want to improve the quality of my erections. On 6/16/09 I measured 6" BPEL and 4.75" EG.
                                My goal is 7" BPEL and 5.5" EG.
                                I don't know if it is possible but I would really like to improve the angle of my erection: I used to point at the sky and now I point to the horizon.
                                Suggestions are most welcome!
                                I do kegels every other day and jelq 4 days a week. I do some light stretching every day.
                                On 9/22/09 I measured 6.375" BPEL and 4.94" EG.
