Hey guys, I stumbled upon this website about a week ago and looked it over. After much skepticism I decided it couldn't hurt to try. With that said I have a question for those who have made impressive gains (sorry if this isn't in the right forum). Aside from the information on the beginner routine, did you do anything else over time that you think helped with your success? I understand that this is similar to weightlifting in that there are people who will gain faster than others, but being a "hardgainer" in the bodybuilding sense, I greatly improved gains with a couple of helpful tips not found in the run-of-the-mill bodybuilding sites. Glad to be a member and thanks in advance for the help.

What can I expect?
I have just recently found this site, and I really hope these exercises work...I just don't know how optimistic I should be. Right now my erect length is 5.75 inches and my erect girth is 4 inches. You can tell I have (hopefully) a lot to gain! I'm 55 y.o. and still have rock hard erections. At my age, with these exercises, can I hope to get to maybe 7" length and 5" girth? Thanks in advance for any thoughts and suggestions.

sorry if this is the wrong forum still new here. but my question is what im doing is fine which is,
10 minutes of warm up in a really hot shower
6 minutes of stretching and
20 minutes of jelqing you think if i kept going with this routine i'd get gains.
this is only my be my third day tomorrow
im open to any suggestions from anybody

Hi I'm Andy,
I'd like to start this off straight to the point, I hate every ****ing thing about myself, including my penis size. God has cursed me with bad genetics in every way shape and form. The least he could've done was to give me an average penis. ****. Now that I know that I can ( or in my case, probably can't) increase my penis size, I figured that might be the only thing that could improve my self esteem from 0 to 0.1. And yes, I am extremely depressed. Someone help me before I go completely insane.I hate everything about myself. My entire life blows! :)

McGee614, you gotta stay positive man. No matter what. If you want results in PE then put your mind and soul behind it. It takes 21 days to form a habit so try to hit that mark, I know when your depressed its hard to care about doing anything but being that penis size is a issue for almost all men if you can do this seriously and with determination it'll change more then your penis size. And remember, we're all here for ya

My name is Mike. I am new here but have been reading for a while. I actually researched this a few years ago but never started... Well I am ready to start. I guess I will go with JP's beginner routine for a while. I have already purchased the supplements. I guess the reason for me wanting to do this is I have always felt inadequate about my size. My wife orgasms and thinks I don't need anymore size but she has only been with me. Also, after we had our son she seems wider so I don't think it's tight enough for her.
Anyway I have already done preliminary measurements using a pencil... haha no pun intended. I am close to 6BPEL but will post my official length and girth tomorrow.

Bumps on glans

I have made noticeable girth gains over 3-4 months (1/8"~1/4") and slight length gains (<1/8"), noticeably harder erections. I also observed the glans expanding upon each jelq with no problems until last week. At full expansion there were numerous little colourless bumps (not Fordyce spots) which disappeared when not at full erection. The head is wrinkly when flaccid (wasn't before a week ago). I've noticed other members have observed similar bumps at full erection (especially when clamping the base) but have mentioned these as if they are normal.
Last week, I noticed these bumps did not disappear and now there are numerous tiny swelling bumps all over the head - looks like goose-flesh - and wrinkly head when returning to flaccid. No other problems with rest of penis; asymptomatic - no pain, rash or other presentations. I've investigated the following:
1 - Balanitis - unlikely given no symptoms
2 - Viral infection - possible - given that flaccid head is wrinkled
3. - Fungal infection - unlikely given no symptoms
4. - Contact dermatitis - unlikely given no symptoms
5. - Fordyce spots - unlikely since disappear when erection disappears
I have a feeling that this has something to do with either a) too much pressure/overwork on jelqing (especially pressure under the head, although no other damage is observed such as broken blood vessels) b) some form of dermatological condition. I am presently taking a break from all activity for 2-weeks to see if it clears and then see a dermatologist. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Little information on the web.
Any guidance would be helpful! I don't know if there is a place to post photos, but this would be the easiest way to show.

Introduction - Hi Everyone
Hello everyone -
It looks like I've placed the cart before the horse by posting before introducing myself - so I'll take this opportunity to introduce.
I've just started PE 2-3 months ago after gleaning information from various sites (including this one). This looked like the best site/support group to join.
Like most of you I had always read from the medical experts that naturally increasing size was 'impossible', vacuum pumps a waste of time and that surgical options 'dangerous' so I'd always given up on the idea. Then I started coming across some people on YouTube who seemed reliable and mentioned they'd made gains, contrary to expert opinion. I decided to give it a try and was quite amazed at the noticeable (though modest) gains within a short period. Penis strength increase was probably the first thing I noticed.
Why did I start PE? Well, for many years I had been mystified why, with an erection of nearly 8" (from top) girlfriends never seemed quite vaginally satisfied unless I added in a lot of oral, romance etc. Moreover, many of them said that they had 'bigger' cocks before me and felt they were more 'intense'...I couldn't figure it out, given that my length was comparable to many porn stars (remember that in North America, size has been traditionally judged in length inches). Even after years of 'honest' discussions with each of my girlfriends on the topic of penis size, measuring, comparing, investigating I still couldn't figure it out until I had a one-night-stand with a "Sex in the City" type slapper who was brutally honest: I had a pencil dick. She said: "Your cock is good, but not great - definitely not ideal - most guys I'm with have thicker." She declined, of course, to accept my deep throat challenge.
Her comments stung me out of complacency into reality and eventually into action. I began more closely studying photographs, stats and videos of other penises and indeed, all this time I had been falsely comparing on length rather than girth. On length, I was hung; on girth, below average! I come out as "good - but not ideal" on the "Ideal Penis Chart" found on the penissizedebate website. It all started to make sense. The slapper, as disgusting as she was, shone a bright light on it and given her considerable experience of proudly fucking guys from every country in the world and complete lack of compassion or consideration for my feelings, I trusted her opinion as being more objective and real.
At this stage of the game, with my present GF fitting me like a glove and having no problem with my size (ironic!), I'm more-or-less willing to accept nature as it is. However, I thought for my own interest to see if any gains in girth could be made by PE. So far I'm quite amazed at the results (though modest). My GF hasn't said anything yet (it's not in her nature to discuss), but I can tell the difference. I probably won't go too far with this, and hope only to add some girth so I fall within the normal-above normal range.
