Hey guys, I have just joined, and for the main reason not really of getting bigger but feeling better about myself.
Right now I am
6" Length by 5 3/4" Girth (sorry will learn the lingo once I read more.)
Just skimming the forums now to find someone who started my size, and to see there gains and time put into it.
My wife really doesnt know Im looking into this now, but I want to better my sex life and get into a routine that I can stick with.

Need Some Help
Hi, im brand new to the site, though I've been doing a pe routine from the site for about a month. Im doing a very basic beginners routine, just warm up strethcing and jelqing; and i have a strange problem I need some help with. I have a very symmetrical penis, no curves or anything and pretty much uniform girth, however i recently noticed a kind of notch near the base on one side. Theres like a one inch curve into the shaft on one side thats just under developed and thinner than on the opposite side. It looks like a curve, but theres no actual curve in my penis, so I guess what Im asking, is how do you 'spot increase' girth? I need some technique to sort out the left side of my penis, near the base, otherwise im afraid jelqing will only make things worse: overdevelop the smooth side, and underdevelop the curved side. Anything i can do to improve girth on that one side before continuing my routine, or while doing it, so as to make things balance out?? Any help or direction would be much appreciated. I have modest goals, and would really like to see them through, but this has become my main priority. I think its been like this for a long time, and may be from my grip when masturbating (changed now). But I'd really like to bring the chambers on the left side back to uniformity and not lose overall girth near the base like i am now. Thanks a lot for any help.

Hey everyone, I am brand new to the site and started about a week ago with the beginners work out, call me crazy but I feel like my guy is becoming fuller in the flaccid state already, and just that feeling is great motivation to know this stuff is working!, I am at the statistical average but would like to be a bit above that for the ladies and for myself. My confidence is high and physically I am in great shape so keeping up with the work outs will not be a problem. This seems like a warm site where everyone wants to help and learn from each other, its all about improvement, so let us all do that.
....by the way at my size I have never had any complaints, but wouldn't it be awesome to have some congrats and surprised faces from the ladies...yeah.

but I have a few questions:
I'm 28, about 205 - I work out 5 times a week, and eat as healthy as I can ... but I've had a prob with erectile dysfunction since I was 18 ... it sucks!
I've gone to two Urologists who can't seem to pinpoint the exact cause and do nothing but prescribe really expensive meds (Viagra and such) -
I tried the PE Gym's beginners workout routine for about a month, but didn't feel like I was gaining anything, and felt that my penis was either too small, or too
weak to do any of the exercises ... this really is quite embarassing since I cannot pleasure my wife the way I want to! As of now I can get erections at night,
usually when I've got to piss, but once I've emptied ... it quickly shrinks back down to a pathetic turtle. When erect, it measures just under five inches, and when not erect it's
like it's not even there! I've read a ton of different routines, theories and such, but is there a specific routine I should follow? And if yes, for how long? And then what do
I do after? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm tired of not being able to fully enjoy sex!

Hey guys.
I'm new to this forum, and just really starting reading about this topic.
I've decided now would be a perfect time to start with self improvement, seeing as I'm now 18, and I guess this is the one area that has really been plaguing my mind. So why not give this a try I reckon.
Right now I'm at around 6 inches erect, and about 7.1 if I press to the bone. Girth wise I'm around just below 5 inches I'd say, up to 5. I'm hoping to beef it up abit, mainly for confidence. Can anyone recommend any threads? I'm amped to get going but to be honest I'm quite scared of causing serious damage to my little man...And at the moment I know nowhere near enough to do it safely.

hello everyone im new to the site ive looked everywhere and i really believe in this site also i just started the other day so its my second day i hope ill able to get gains but i have a question about jelqing while i did it is it alright that the veins popped out it doesnt hurt but is this ok. i mean am i doing it wrong or right hope i some can answer this thank you in advance.

Veins are a good thing, in my opinion if your pretty veiny down there you will grow better because you already have supior circulation. For veiny dicks it is best to use a very lite grip while jelqing. thank you very much as i said i literaly just started the other day my dick was really really veiny and i thought i was doing something wrong thank you again sorry but i have another question when you say lite grip you mean grip enough that it doesnt hurt or grip enough that lightly touching and nice to meet you thanks for the welcome.

That it does not hurt. PE works better if it is kept in the pleasure zone.
