    Hi. I have to admit I am still a bit of a skeptic. I have done 5 minutes of basic stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing for about 5 times in the past 2 weeks, and I haven't noticed any improvements. Also, I haven't noticed any positive PIs. Am I being impatient? Over or under training? But it is awesome to be on board, and I look forward to much self-growth . Thanks for your comments.

        • Well i found, this site a couple days ago and have been reading over countless threads, i had never heard of any of these P.E. before but after talking with my gf about some slight issues i was having. she was caring enough to Point out Jelquing, and i was more then interested in reading. and learning more about it, now to start the, Excercises and hope everything goes for the best.
          Beggining
          BPEL 6"
          EG 4.5"

          Goal
          BPEL 7"
          EG 5.0"

          Not sure on what goal is reasonable?

              New member here! I ran across this looking for some extra help not just with size but with stamina too. Im currently 7.0x5.5 and have a long term goal of 9x6.5 which i dont think is too far out there. I just want to say this is a great site and im happy to be aboard! Thanks!

                Welcome to the PE Gym, drlar86. 5 times in the past 2 weeks is way too soon to even talk about. Get started on one of the good structured routines on these boards and keep us informed on your progress.

                    Hey buddy, I started out with 4 3/4" and now sport a 8 1/4" beef steak.

                      i don't want to use my real name so i will just go by JustMoney
                      I have been jelqing consistently now for a little over a month (even though i have been aware of jelqing for over a year now and have done a few exercises in the past)
                      about a month ago i was 6.6 BPEL. I now sport a 6.8 BPEL. Until I measured this increase i was very skeptical of Jelqing.
                      My goal is to reach 7.0 BPEL by summer, and from there i will set a new goal.
                      I hope to one day pack a 8 incher.
                      this site is a true blessing.

                        • Hey there, I'm new here. I'm a 19 year old virgin (by choice, although others have tried to change that ...christian, you know), long distance x country runner (or i was in highschool). I'm really light for my size, 5'7" and 108lbs. Just though I'd try this out for the heck of it, let my first wife enjoy my work I guess.


                          I was planning on starting with the beginner program at start of february, but if one of you pros have a better recommendation I would REALLY appreciate it. Also any dietary recommendations would be great (read on here fiber and green tea are good?). Does having sex help with how fast the program will work? Does being physically fit help? Should I increase my weight as well? I'm pretty toned thanks to running so it's not skeleton like, but thought I'd see what the experienced people think I should do.


                          Sorry for all the nooby questions, but hey I am a noob.

                            I'm not entirely new to PE; I did try it out a couple of years ago, but I was young(er) and was kind discouraged because I was looking for a quick method, which PE is not. If you can tell from my signature, I'm much more of a realist this time around, and I figure I've got time and I'm going to use it wisely. Hope to talk to you all!

                              I am currently going to undergo, penile bootcamp. lol. I have been studying, penile exercise, and stretching for a while, and I am going to begin my own system in order to achieve major results safely, and confidently. I am also on a strict health diet and exerciese regimen, along with a healthy supply of vitamins. I have gone through some prior trial and error methods in the past,, along with certain scheduled regimens,, that i found out to be the most appropriate for now. Now before I speak about the method I will use, I want to empasize on the fact to do it safely, and easily,, use a sense of least effort.. You dont want to be choking the crap out of the thing,, till it turns blue,, so do it in a step ladder approach,, take it very lightly, and easily in the beggining, and then work your way up with strength, as intensity and advancement approaches. So,, please bare with me,, over the next year,, as it will take time, patience and effort.. Thanks to you all,, Make sure to read my future threads..

                                Newbie here. I've been a guest for about a year and have been peing for about a year. I figured it was time to join in because i want to be more serious about it. I've been reading posts daily and this site is great. I hope to someday have an equally inspiring story to tell, just like some of the big gainers here. I think I fall into the hardgainer category since I've had some growth but nothing to get all excited about (.5"eg and no length). In all fairness, I haven't really been regimented about the whole process so the fact that I've gotten any gains lends some credibility to pe. Just glad to be here.
