    • Hey all, I'm 19 and I want to increase the size of my penis. I found the book on Amazon, but was hesitant on ordering it. To be honest, it would be hard for me to read that book while worrying about someone walking in on me. I took a look at this site and hopefully it'll give me the same information I need. Thanks all.

        Hey there happyd1ck. I'm hoping that we can both discover what we're looking for here. I plan on following PEsuccessGuy's beginner routine and just see what happens.

          Welcome to the Gym.

          You're 19, you don't have to worry about anybody walking in on you. You're old enough to make your own decisions about life. If you want to do something healthy like exercise your penis, then you have every right to do so.

          There is a lot of information on this website. It gets difficult to follow. If you get the book, it sums up everything that we say in these forums. It's like a quick guide. It gets you started right away on your beginner routine. I recommend it.
          Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'

            • Hey everyone. I just thought I would introduce myself. I just found this site a little while ago and decided to join. Technically my penis size is within the average range, but I really like the idea of having a big penis. I think it would be fun to try and get to my ideal size goals! So here goes nothin.......

                  • Hey everyone!

                    I've been lurking around here for about 3 or 4 days now just reading up on techniques and the like, but now I think I'm finally reading to start this adventure. However I have a few questions to ask before I get started, and I hope someone can help me clear them up!

                    My first question is in regards to kegels... I have been doing them (not religiously, but I try to do them every other day) for about 2 weeks now and I'm still not sure if I am doing them correctly. First of all, I am aiming to do about 100 or so of 1-2 second holds. Then I try to hold it for as long as I can 3-5 times, taking minute breaks in between. Is this a decent plan? On all the threads I read here, no one advocates the long hold... mostly just 100-150 short ones. Furthermore, I have seen a few threads about how detrimental kegels can be if done too often, so is every other day fine?

                    Next is about the PC muscle. I've stopped my flow while I am peeing, and I believe I am using the PC muscle. However, for more clarification, should my penis move as I contract it? As it is now, it gives a slight twitch upon contracting what I believe to be the PC muscle.

                    My next concern is one about edging. I'm not sure if this is beneficial to increasing gains, or if it just makes you last longer. As it is, it takes me about a solid 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to masturbate while looking at really good porn. So I don't think edging is good for me, since it takes me so long to get there and when I do edge it, it adds about another 20 minutes or so onto my time to reach climax again. It's kind of frustrating.

                    Finally, I'd like to know about routines. I'm looking at PESuccessguy's "Back to Basics" routine as a good place to start. However, can anyone explain exactly what LOT stretches are? And the last part of this is about jelqing itself. I will be doing wet jelqs trying to maintain about 60% erection level, with a light grip like I was handling an egg (good tip!) and using the OK grip. So my question comes about the technique:

                    Do I use one hand at a time? For example, do I place my right hand at the base in the OK grip, then jelq (5 seconds?) up to the glans, then while removing that hand grab the base again with my left? Or, do I keep both hands at the base and make sure that one hand is always at the base waiting for it to be it's turn?

                    I think that's all the questions I have at this time!

                    I also plan to follow the "cool down" for about 5 minutes after everything as well as do a 2 days on 1 day off schedule.

                      I found this site about a month ago. I've been reading the posts and comments ever since. This site has a pretty good community and a lot of helpful people. So I decided It's time to join and start doing something useful. I've been doing some PE for a couple of weeks, but w/o any "system". I want to take it seriously from now. So I'm gonna start a beginner program, a light one for the first few weeks. Something like Mr. Radiohead suggested for someone.

                      1) warm up (for 8-10mins)
                      2) basic stretch (5 way)
                      3) rotating stretches
                      4) 75 wet jelqs
                      5) cool down + simple 1 way stretch (stretch out forward)

                      So that's the plan. Anyway, just wanted to say "hello" to all of you, and to tell you that the members of this awesome site has been increased today with a new dude.

                        • Wassup everybody...I'm new to the forums and have decided to begin the journey today! I wish I had thought of doin this a LONG time ago! I really believe this will work after browsing the forums for a few days. My BPEL is 5.5" with EG of 5" which i believe is slightly below average but to me is far below what i want. I have always been very self conscious about my size and it been causing me a lot of anxiety and mild depression, but thats all about to change. I DESERVE A BIGGER PENIS! And by the way im a grower not a shower so that sucks. I really want to develop a nice flaccid hang that doesnt ever turtle. My goal is EL of 7" and EG of 6" by this time next year...and ill go from there. I started my routine yesterday it is as follows. (from the beginners guide)

                          10 min warmup ---> 6 min stretches ---> 10 min jelqing ---> 10 min warmdown

                          I have found the rice sock to work great for warming up instead of the towel

                          I also did 50 kegals yesterday

                          My question is should i stick with this routine for the first couple weeks? before switching to JonPops 90 day beginner routine?
                          And how often should i be doing this? 1 day on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off, or 1 day on 2 days off?

                                I've been searching the site for about two weeks now and finally decided to join. Thanks for all the wonderful information! I have two workouts under my belt, so far everything is going well. Although, I have couple questions. How can I tell if I've over trained my PC muscle? Is it OK if my erection level is only 30-40% when I jelq? I know my erection level should be a little higher.

                                To track my progress I've created a spreadsheet on excel. I'm doing a routine similar to what PEsuccessGuy did his first year. After the first 90 days, my goal is to gain .5" in EL and .25" in EG. (is that resonable for newbie gains?) When the 90 days are up and my unit is more conditioned I want to concentrate more on my girth. My long term goal is to get as big as I can with out making it uncomfortable for my girlfriend. Thanks again!
