    Thanks Keido. I started writing down my efforts the other day and it does help prevent procrastination. I'll start an entry in the PL subforum after looking through the other journals.

            Hello everyone.

            I am fairly new to PE, but I have been working out for about 3.5 months and have secured some modest gains. I hope to find the time to begin my progress thread soon.

            Thanks for hosting the site. It really does help to see others' progress and contribute in-kind. At this point, the only advice I can offer pertaining to PE, is the routine I use, and the results I get.

              • Lol, yeaah new member, Alright! I've been reading from the outskirts a few days now, gauging the community. Wondering wheather this was some type of underground cult or not. But, now with my suspensions cleared, I hope to learn and share information with the community. Especially since I know in my many hard drives somewhere lies a shit load of e-books on the works, just have to find them...

                    Figured I'd give this a shot. I've read sites saying it works and others saying it doesn't, however this site seems really genuine.

                    Hopefully with a hard work and commitment i should notice some gains.
                    Starting (21.03.09): 5.3" x 4.3"

                    Currently: 6.0" x 4.3"

                    Goal: 7.0" x 5.5"

                      • Hi im new to PE but known it for year, i gave a it a shot be cause i will come home, i started at jelq and ULI #3, and have a .25 gains in a week, both length and girth, as im encourage by the result, im planning to undergo a complete program.. any suggestion would be highly appreciated,

                        my routine are, 1-2 minutes warm wrap, 5minutes strect, 10minutes jelq, 5-10 repetition 3 set of ULi, 5minutes strecth.. Hope i can post encouraging result in the comming future and share some insight in this site..

                          This site does seem great and fosters a great community. I have read Thunder's Place a little, but they have closed their membership (LAME!) so I can't ask questions or search very well. I heard about PE a long time ago (5 yrs ish) and was excited but not convinced, a lot of that having to do with the site I found wanting to charge me money for access. I forked up a little bit for it, and got the basic jelq etc. info. I tried it on and off with little success and was not able to stick to a routine, partly because of my doubts and partly my living situations.

                          Now I am unemployed (happily! - a shitty economy has it's bennies!) and have the house to myself a lot when the roomies are away at school or work, so I have started to get more serious about PE. I have always been aware of my body learned that kegeling gives me stronger erections, and when I was really flexing my erections when I was a teenager, it would almost feel like my dick was getting bigger. Now I am fully convinced that it can happen. I have been working on it for a few weeks more seriously, and now I am ready to get a real routine going, hopefully with the help of this site. I will check back and keep my gains posted; I really appreciate this community.

This vein seems to get strained when I get into heavier jelqing. I want to avoid having the vein bunch up at the head with my foreskin. I can go easy on it but eventually I know I will want to increase the intensity, and this vein is like a wall to progress. I can do jelqs with different angles and pressures and such to relieve pressure on it, but again, I want to be able to ramp up the intensity when the time comes. For now I'll just stay taking it easy and reading my body cues, but has anyone who is further along in PE encountered and/or overcome this issue?? I'm also going to post this elsewhere, but since this is my first post I thought I'd include it.

I just started a routine that I heard about and I was wondering if anyone could answer my question: Does smoking harm results of PE? Im not sure if this has been answered before, so I apologize in advance. I would assume that it would harm it due to the blood flow, but I was just curious to see if anyone had more information. Thank you.

                              Welcome to the PEGym!

                              Yes, you will gain more if you don't smoke. That's not to say you can't gain at all, but I believe your gains will be BETTER if you don't smoke.

                              First off - try the overhand OK grip, where the fleshy part between your thumb and index finger is over that vein, this will likely be the safest grip for you. Instead of ramping up the intensity, I think you should just slow down your jelqs (3 second per stroke to begin with, slowly work that up to 10+ sec). As long as you're getting engorged the jelq will be effective. Better safe than sorry on the intensity front. I still find that if I squeeze too hard I can overwork/injure myself pretty easily, so a lighter grip is a good ruler of thumb.

                              • salutations everyone, honestly i am still very skeptical about this PE website I feel as tho its one of those internet millionaire sites that promise you this and that. On the other hand, in the same breath it still feel legit for some reason. Anyway, im tryin it to see where i go and i hope that i may recieve some encouragment from you guys
