Hiya!
I've been surfing this forum for ages, but never got round to posting anything. Finally decided to get something done and begin tracking my results; I've been doing PE for quite a long time, but at first all wrong and then just dry jelqing. I've got till next January as then I'll have to step into military service (in Finland you HAVE to but I don't mind, I'm applying for the special forces anyway) and then I'll not have the time or energy to PE anyway. SO now I'll see what I can do in a few moths!Sorry for the metric scale but I'm used to it.
February 2009
BPEL 17cm EG 12,5cm
Goal:
BPEL 18cm EG 14cm
....For now.

hey everyone, hows it going im new here and this is my second day on the forum and everyones really helpful and community oriented. thats cool. well ive been getting results already in my first week. alot of positive PIs. im more veiny, i look bigger already, my penis gets so hard now in the mornings i cant put pants on. im even hornier (didnt know that was possible), i used to cause my girl friend a lil pain during sex on good erection days but she said it has been harder and a lil painfull all week (its a good pain), so thats a good sign. i dont know if this is a negative PI or not but my head is getting bigger too. my goal is 9" bpel by 6" eg so im thinking i got a few years before i see that. also can anyone PLEASE tell me what is a v-jelq? also im very knoweldgable bout diet routines, supplements, health and workingout. so if anyone has questions i could help ya out.

V jelq is different from the OK grip - an OK is a grip just as it sounds - making an "OK" sign with your fingers (index finger and thumb touching to make a circle). V Jelq is, think of a Spock (from Star Trek) grip, you place your penis in between your middle finger and ring finger. The difference between the U grip and V grip is with a V jelq you jelq your penis upwards and to the left as well as right, against your stomach.
As for the OK grip, there are two variations - overhand OK and underhand OK. Overhand OK is a palm-down grip, whereas underhand OK is a palm-up grip.
I hope this clears things up for you.

I don't know which is better. I don't think you can really say if one is better than the other, they're both exercises that help towards enlarging your penis. I personally haven't used the V jelq much, since I find it cumbersome to do. The V jelqs don't say you should alternate top and bottom, so don't worry about doing that. As for milking the whole surface, the penis' anatomy is such that you don't need to worry about that. The newbie routine uses both the OK grip and V grip anyway, so that won't be an issue.

Hi everyone. New to the site, so forgive me for my english skills as well as my possible repetitive questions and doubts.
I'm Brazilian, from Rio de Janeiro. To be honest, some years ago I heard sth about PE but thought it was just a legend. I occasionally bumped into the PE Gym site and was impressed with the whole thing.
I got started with my PE last Dec. 08 and kept my routine on until Feb. 09 (I haven't noticed any gains, and that made me a bit unenthusiastic). Is it normal? Is there any specific program you guys would suggest me? I was also interested in the pre-ejac exercises, but I didn't get how to take the Kegel exercises (I mean, how to hold, frequency and stuff like that). I found the steps haven't been explained very clearly.
Another issue: do enlargement pills really work? If so, do you recommend any? Which ingredients make penis enlarge? Is there any scientific proof of it (books, articles or any of the kind)? Is there any combination of exercising/pills/extenders which are effectively responsive?
Well, too many questions for a beginner. I'll post it and wait for the next round.
Anyway, thanks in advance for your support.

Have you read Penis Enlargement Gym - Beginner's Guide ?
Also - I wouldn't bother with penis enlargement pills. You can get the same effects from less expensive, natural supplements like L-Arginine, L-Lysine, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, etc.

New member to this site. Heard of PE and had some minor experience but I was skeptical because my first experience left my penis feeling like I couldn't get an erection because I think I was stretching the head of my penis instead of my shaft so it caused injury I believe. It healed after a week but I haven't tried PE for like a year. I have been doing kegels alone for a month and I could see a great difference in terms of stronger erections and lasting longer in sex. I just purchased the kegel pad because it says that it will strengthen the PC muscle much better such as tripling my PC exercise. A few days later, I stumbled on this website and decided to give it another try on PE but hopefully with real good results. I already did one beginners exercise. Two days later I feel a small lump on the shaft of my penis nearly at the base of my shaft. Is this normal? I was searching the net and I thought that it could be Thrombosis- an injured blood vessel, Lymphangiosclerosis- a hardened lymph vessel from constant sex or masterbation (I think this is what I have).

Welcome to the PE Gym, Learner. Man, you must be gripping way too tight. Take a couple days off and do some warm up's with a hot wash cloth, 3-4 times a day and let us know how the lump is doing.
I've got a Tiger by the tail.

Hey guys, just wanted to drop in and introduce myself.
While Im new to this site, Im not new to PE. Im a member of another PE community and began my career in 2006. Im not sure what my initial BP measurement was, but I started out with roughly 6.6'' NBP. My first BP measurement pics were 7.4" after I had been doing the newbie routine for a while, which honestly didnt produce much of a gain if any at all.
I then starting pumping and came up with a routine coupled with jelqing that produced my first gains. This was when I realized this stuff actually works and found hope for a larger unit.
Ive experimented with many different methods from warm ups, stretching, jelqing, pumping, clamping, squeezes, etc...and have a strong understanding of the relevance of each.
For some odd reason, I took almost a year and 1/2 off from 2007 - Nov. 2008. During this time I didnt do anything PE related. When I started back in 2008, to my surprise I hadnt lost any of my previous gains. Ive rededicated myself to PE and havent taken much time off since I started back. Ive continued to see more gains and am currently the size in my sig. I do have pictures to document my gains since my start if anyone would care to see.
Again, Im new here so Im not sure if you guys have an open gallery with equipment use pictures or what. Hopefully someone can lead me in the right direction.
Happy gaining!

Hey everyone just wanted to say hi.....
I've been coming to this forum & PEing since Dec.2008 ( the 18th i think). At first I was a little skeptical. I thought there's no way this can work , but I gave it a try. I said to myself I really don't got anything to lose .
I'm glad I gave it a try. Since I started doing the Newbie Routine I've gain .4" in length and .125" in girth. My erections are rock hard and best of all my wife has notice the difference and is loving it. I'm Hooked , I'm here for the long haul.
I would like to say thanks to all of you for the great post and all the success stories. That's what has kept me motivated ( the new growth also)and looking forward to things to come.
