  • Red dots!!!???!!!

    Hi,

    Ive just started this week and have been doing 2 on and 1 off. ive just noticed that after a session I got some red dots all the way along! Is this normal and what does it mean. Im very skeptical about all this and dont think it will work but am going to stick at i for 3 months to see if anything happens. Are there any pics anywhere of before and after?

    BPEL = 6
    EG = 4.75

    Will write more results in one month to see if anything has happened.

    • Welcome to the gym, everyone.

      mrcarrick, red spots are normal. It means you've slightly overdone it though. I would lighten up the grip that you use with your exercises for your next session.

        I have just registered an account. In the last few days i have searched for a forum where to ask questions about PE and the first result i found was thunder place.
        It had registrations closed, so searching deeply i was able to find this forum, and looked like the right place.

        I have done a few exercises (warm ups, stretchs, kegels, and another one of which i forgot the name) in a very regular way for about 1 month and half (5 days / 2 stops), and initially it seemed to have gained something, but after a few weeks, a big doubt came up about the correctness of the way i was measuring it, so i stopped for a while because i was unsure of having done any gain at all.
        I think i have only constantly changed the way i was measuring it. -___-'

        So i am here for learning the correct way of measuring and doing PE =)

        Current measures are, if correctly measured, around 17 cm length and 13 cm girth, so i'm in the "average" range. It is a bit curved up, and this add doubts on how to measure it too.

        The reason why i want to do PE is just for improving myself, the same way i exercise the rest of my body.
        I'm 22 years old and in pretty good shape (182,5cm x 66kg, very low body fat), so no fat is covering my "friend".
        My first objective, if the current measures has been taken correctly, is to gain 1.5 cm in both length and girth. After that i'll see

                Welcome, Soppressata. Welcome aboard. Your English is just fine. Regarding measuring, just measure the same way each time and don't change the way you measure once you start. I would measure with a tape measure rather than a ruler to get the most out of that curve you have. You want to measure along the top of your shaft starting at the pubic bone and ending at the piss slit--right down the middle.

                  Welcome to the gym!! You need spend no money to get a bigger dick. You're starting very large, so I expect your goal of 9 x 6 is doable, for sure. I would say that 10 x 7 is within range, talking long term. Your size queen would probably go ape shit over such a whopper. Good luck with your goals. Enjoy the ride.

                    • hello all. i joined this site today. ive always been nervous about undertaking P.E because of some of the negative stuff ive read. i first heard about P.E when i was 16 years of age but i thought to myself " nahh ill wait till im 18" just incase i destroyed my penis or somethin ( you only get one ) but now that im 18 and im starting too realise "dam this isnt gettin any bigger im going to start P.E" .

                      current size ; EL : 4.3" EG : 6.2" ( i know pathetic ...)

                      goal ; EL : 6" EG : avoid going thicker if possible.

                      if you guys could give me some like schedule or something which i could foillow to help length a lot more than girth would be highly appreciated. ive only been able to find stuff to help either girth or length + girth would like to get some length stuff

                      • Alright guys, uli89 here, thats me finally registered to the site!
                        80 days of doing penile exercises and i have went from EL 5.9 inches to 6.6 inches not measured EG but i can feel a difference, an increase HAS been made
                        just adapted to this new routine i have made up, will keep you posted on my progress

                          I've read quite a few things on extenders and I'm not pretty sure if they really work at all. Is there any real evidence that it does? If so, where could I find it? Do they make PE faster?

                            I've been lurking around the forum for a few months now, and have tried some PE routines on and off. I'll admit I haven't been consistent and even my longest stretches were pretty sporadic. So I thought I'd join and get some inspiration and other people to help keep me motivated.

                                You can try the routine that I do. I haven't had too much growth in girth but my length is already over 0.6" in about two months of light workouts and literally about 1-2 days a week.
