        • Hi all, I'm new to the site obviously. I stumbled across this place looking for free advice on premature ejaculation, and well I think I might be able to use a lot more of the info here than I bargained for. My woman has over the past year or so has lost interest in sex because of my situation so I only get a quickie about once a month( which makes it worse). I think it will be great if not only the next time I get my quickie I am not only able to last longer but be longer as well. I have tried out a pump before but its boring to say the least. Well I'll be adding my starting size in about a week, I need to take a weeks break after some major binge masturbation. LOL sorry for so much info at the gate but hey if you guys are going to be able to give me some good advice then I guess its better to go a head and put it out there.

            • Well my friend the reason its only a quickie is that before it became a problem for me only to preform a quickie its what she basically only would let me do. So basically she trained me over the years to only be able to do a quickie. I use to not have as severe a problem as I do today. I don't know if she has purposely done this so I wouldn't be able to have an affair on her but basically she has made sure that I wouldn't be able to satisfy anyone else( even her with out extensive foreplay). Sorry I posted here but I just thought I would explain a little bit of my situation. I'm not completely knew to some penile exercise i have even made up my own type of weight( a roll of nickels ) that was attached to a a piece of tubing that connected around the hood. Along with my super simple and cheap pump. I noticed some results but became very bored walking around every other day for a half an hour with it attached. And there was times it caused some pain if I was to active at work, etc. Sorry if I put this in the wrong place. I am so green to the proper way to use a forum/blog. I havent had any real experiance with this other then my own myspace/facebook pages.

                        Hey everyone, im new here to PE and have read all of the success stories as well as many of your progress logs and I am excited to start. Well actually today was my 4th session, I started this week. So hi everyone! I am mostly focused on girth because I have a longer and skinnier penis.

                        I have a question as well, my first time I was all excited and think I overtrained, I had turtling but my erection felt fuller, what kind of PI is this? ( It was also fuller the day after). And are cooldowns really necessary?

                          Welcome to Pegym. that would be a negative indicator. So now take a few days off. then resume active PE. i personally don't like anything cold touching my slong. A room tempeture wash cloth on your slong may suffice. Im old fashion i still do warm downs. But cool downs is like draining speghetti it stops the cooking.

                            Well that sessions was 3 days ago, I took 2 days off because thats what I figured, tonights went really well.

                            • Hi folks! Been reading the forums here for a couple days and decided to sign up and get myself known.

                              First and formost, I have about a weeks worth of experience of doing PE thus far and have been following a noobie guide much like the ones posted here on the site. I'm in pretty good shape at 158lbs at 5ft 9 inches and will continue to improve on my cardio over the next few months. I try and eat healthy and take multi vitems as well as fish oils every day, ideally to improve my vascular health.

                              Now as for my questions. My starting BPL is roughly 6.8in and my EG is roughly 5.6, I'm looking to set some reasonable short term goals however I really don't know where to start. I'm new to this and don't want to let the idea of being a decent amount larger in the distant future cloud my motivation and judgment over the first few months.

                                Welcome to the Gym tuch. At 6.8 x 5.6, you are already very well endowed. First and foremost, PE is a lifelong marathon, not a race. If you convince yourself that this process will take much time and great motivation and consistency, then no mind "clouding" will occur. Set short term and reasonable goals and work hard to reach them.

                                A good routine for you to start would like something like this:

                                (1) You need to warm up (10 minutes): There are a variety of methods to do this including but not excluding a rice sock, heating pad, electric cusion, cup of hot water, hot face cloth, IR lamp, etc. Whichever method you choose, make sure you are warming your entire unit and surrounding area until it is somewhat red, warm, and stretchy. Warming up helps prevent injury. Never forget to do this.

                                (2) Basic Stretching: Grasp your penis and stretch in 5 directions: Left, Right, Up, Down, and Straight Out. Hold these stretches for 30 seconds to start out with and gradually increase these times in 10 second intervals over time. I would suggest staying at 30 seconds for your first month.

                                (3) Jelqing: Use light pressure and jelq slowly (4-5 second strokes). Use plenty of lube and don't squeeze your dick too hard. Do this for about 40-50 reps to start out with and gradually increase by 10 reps over time. Stay in the 40-70 range for your first month.

                                (4) Warm OR Cool-Down: At the end of your session, reapply heat or apply some cold method. Find out which method works best for you and gives you the best plumpness in your flaccid after your workout.

                                (5) Do this routine for 2 days, then take a day off. Keep this frequency for the first month or so. From there, you can decide to alter it as you wish.
