        Go to the forum, "Progress Log." Click on the forum it' self. There is a sticky that will tell you how to start your own progress thread. Title it what you want, e.g. trex progress or, trex getting hold of myself or, trex doin the rub and tug, whatever you want. Good luck.

          • ei guys new here hope we can learn from each other. Im a physical therapist by the way and iI know that kegel exircise is used to strengthen pelvic floor muscles especially for pregnant women . I never imagined it can improve mens sexual functions as well hahaha

            • What's up guys. I'm new the gym tonight. Been lurking around for awhile though. Great advice here! I've been exercising for about a month now but just recently settled down to a scheduled routine. Excited to start seeing some major growth in the pleasure package!

                We need to talk....Welcome to pegym! It is the type of kegel that men can learn to do that enhances erections, brings them back ED, and kegels plat a important role im making the penis grow larger.

                    No specific target, no length and girth just a 100% EQ and a enjoyable session^^ but gains will be welcome :P

                    • Hey, I've been checking out Betterman, Thunder's and here and this one seems to have the most active regulars. Just completed my third week of the 90 day starter, with the weekend serving as the 2 off days. April 6 was my official start date, but I failed to take good initial stats. At start of week 3 I was at a good BPEL of 6" even and 4.5" girth. Nice and average I'd say. Crude initial measurements (4/6/9) had me at 5.5" L and 4? G.

                      I'm on the JP recommended supplements and take the B-vitamins and multi's 7 days a week, the others during the 5 day workout stretch. My goal like is a nice solid 8x6, short term 7x5, and the sole aim in my workouts is to get the feeling of good PIs afterwards. Anyway what up yall?

                          • I'm new! Been looking around for a couple hours, thanks for the info. I work from home so could get into a routine pretty easily. As far as spending money is concerned, I'm a skeptic. I refuse to spend any money on PE, unless i see some quantifiable results first (but then, would I need to spend money?). However, I'm not too skeptical to devote the time to a exercise routine! Looking forward to the process and the results. I'm dating a size queen (girl) who's subscribes to that "dicks can never be too big" mantra, so let's give this a whirl (and I'll admit I'm a penis-size OCD myself).

                            Probably start with one of the established 90-day routines.

                            Currently: 8.25 BPEL, 8.5 BPSFL, 5.5 EG
                            Goal: 9 BPEL, 6 EG
                            Start (04-28-09):
                            BPEL: 8.25
                            BPSEL: 8.5

                              • Newbie Introduction

                                Hey fellas...I'm 34, bi-guy in very good health, have a 6 x 4.5 member and I'm here to see if I can gain size, especially length. Gratefully, I don't have problems with ED, curves or any other ailments. I have never gotten a complaint from any partner, male or female. In fact compliments. But I'm here for Me. When I am at the gym and I see those great bods walking around sporting 6" - 7" flacid I just get jealous. When I do sports and guys talk about being tucked I can't join in there, because i can't even think of tucking...I'm of the belief that if this works it won't really change my life - but I'm just jacked about getting some more size, maybe more thickness, but mostly just length.
