          Don't get me wrong, your handle is cool (GrowingForHer). But the short time I've been here I have discovered that the penis is the epicenter of manhood, and whatever we do to enhance that, we do for ourselves, not anyone else. If she benefits in the process, that's great. But WE are the primary beneficiaries of PE. If others enjoy the ride, welcome aboard.

              I'm new here. Today was my first day starting JP's 90 day beginner routine. Hope to see good results. I was very skeptical at first, and I can't say that I'm still a little bit skeptical. But you can't knock it until you try it. Many people on this forum have claimed to achive positive results, which is one of the reasons I'm more of a believer than a non believer. So I decided to see what type of results I would get in 90 days doing the beginners routine. My wife knows I'm trying this. I tried to keep it a secret but she caught me in the act, and insisted on knowing why I was "jacking off". I came clean(no pun intended) and, after she laughed hysterically, she thinks I lost my mind. I would like to prove her wrong if you know what I mean. Any tips, advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

                  1st I want to appologise for my appauling username..
                  Anyway..

                  Hey!

                  I thought I should introduce myself because if the community suits then Ill be posting quite a bit!

                  Im currently a vet student so I have a good grounding in science and I find all the information on the website very interesting! - And sensible in a penile mutilating way..

                  I decided to join mainly outve curiosity.. I was/am still a bit sceptical as to if it actually works.. unless all these members reporting some progress are lying.. the evidence stacks up that it must work.. anyway nothing to lose really! Apart from my penis.. Hmm.. Im sure it wont come to that..

                  Why was I looking at ways of getting a monster member?

                  Essentially Im finding I have a really low self esteem (maybe falsely so - i dunno!) I avoid relationships and sex because of the experiences I have had with women during teen years (probably like most people on here! - women and their fantastic parts...)
                  These are the best years of my life (being 19) and I dont want to be held back by something that I can fix with a bit(or lots) of effort. I managed to ask a very pretty girl indeed out on a date - to which she somehow agreed!? And we enjoyed - And I now have to perform!

                  And when Uni starts up again I dont want to feel held back. (hey! 33% of people added 1 inch in 3 months! - which sounds perfect to me! If I'm not a lucky one.. never mind!)
                  I also want to be "one of the boys" next year - which usually involved getting a bit naked in public.. which will NOT happen until I make myself bigger..

                  My stats are below Im quite a tall chap so would like to be a little more in proportion.

                  Anyway - essay over.
                  And I posted a less comprehensive one on "matters of size" forums, just incase you feel im playing one against the other.. is there competition?!

                    • This is one of my first posts here. I'm only 2 months in to PE. Being 27 years old I always thought I was an average guy (maybe a bit long and thin, with prePE stats of NBPEL 6.1, EG 4.5) and never thought too much about it until one day... about 4 months into my relashionship with my girlfriend, she once said how she thought I was below averge, actually she used the word "small".

                      This was like getting a bucket of ice water poured over my head. She later took it back but I just couldn't stop thinking?! Am I small, what's the true average, what's her experiences, is there any way that I can trick nature and become bigger?

                      This all led me to an ADS/stretcher called "male edge" and from there to ************* and hanging, jelqing, pumping, squeezing etc. I kind of tried my way trough this wonderful world of PE for 2 months until I decided that I needed a long term plan, long term goals and a strategy that I believed in. Now I've put all girth work on hold, and I'm going for hanging, still with some wet jelqs every now and then. I've also started to log on a day by day basis and write down every weeks log in the progress forum (Swe-jo's log). If you would like, please visit me there!

                          hello there lads, great support on here, its my first day on the site, although iv been doing pe for the past 4 months combined with super foods, ie goji berries, spirulina, green tea,lots of salad and vegetables, fish,herbal supplements and amino acids, and no explode(NITROGEN SUPPLEMENT) along with a 4 day gym routine heavy lifting.

                          I have done extensive reseach online and spent days on at a time looking up different theorys supplements etc, iv gained what i think are very good results. i am now very interested in trying something new ie hormones, bio chemicals etc and could somebody give me advice on bio chem and hormones maybe evan igh-1,mgf and hgh.

                          any replies would be much appreiciated thanks jord, uk

                          march 09 . lenth erect 6 inch now 8.1 inch. girth in march 09 was 4.9 . now 6.1.

                            Hi all,

                            i've just become a member of this site and have been interested in improving the length and girth of my penis. Two weeks ago i bought a vaccuum pump and have been trying it out below are my results. Before i get to that, i was wondering how often (duration and numbers of times a day/week) i should be using the "pump" and whether it is advisable to perform the "jelq" as well as or instead of.

                            Before (measured on July 11th 2009)

                            Erect Length: 5 1/4"
                            Erect Girth: 5"

                            My Measurements as of today:

                            Erect Length: 6"
                            Erect Girth: 5"

                            I would be grateful of any advice you could give to help me get a longer, thicker and healthier penis, i am also looking to get to 7" length as a long term goal.

                              Hey everyone. Good to be aboard. I am new to the forum but have been following it for about 3 weeks now working on a routine. I must say I have seen flaccid gains and harder erections. However, as of late i switched routines and it seems like during the routine I cant really get up to 70 to 80 percent erection now. Is this a sign of over working? Should I take a break? and if so how long? Thanks!

                              • The general answer is "yes" some time off but not enough info for a good reply. Get the PE book listed on this sight (read it) and follow the 90 day beginners routine as listed on this sight.
