  • Hello guys. New here and am looking forward to my progress. I am decent size but would love to be bigger. I am open to any and all suggestions

    • hello everyone i just signed up like 5miutes ago. I had come across jelqing over the web im not sure when im jelqing if im doing it right cause i am uncut and really was not to sure what to do with the foreskin to hold it down or pull the skin over the glands if anyone could help me out that be great =)

        Ataste, it's perfectly fine to start PE before reading the book if you read up on the beginner's routine here online. Just keep it nice and easy and don't overdue it. There are a lot of guys practicing PE who have never read the book and are making gains just fine.

          I don't think such a light routine will hurt you, for sure. Remek's book will answer all your questions and more. In the meantime, I would read the routines of the winners here and those members with a lot of experience. The only thing I would change is to increase the warm up to fifteen to twenty minutes. I long warm up will make a huge difference one you get into some serious P.E.ing.

            Thanks, sacc. The same to you. No, I don't think this is an error. Those gains are quite common during the first couple of weeks. I gained a half inch during the first two weeks--then nothing for three months. My real gains kicked in during months four and five. Hang in, pal, and you will be amazed by the possibilities. Starting at 7.7" (I started at 7.75"), you should surely be able to hit 9" BPEL and around 6" girth. Are you sure you want a dick that big? My lady can accomodate me, but there are some women for whom a 9" x 6" er is too much. Something to think about when you start with a very long dick.

                Welcome to PEG. I recommend to you two that you do a lot of reading. Get as much information under your belts as you can before you start a serious routine. That way, you will start off on a good footing and you are less likely to injure yourselves. Best of luck, guys.

                        • Hey, guys! So, I've been lurking for a while, and I think I'm posting mainly because I need to share this good news!

                          I started PE sometime in the last week of May this year, but being me, forgot to keep track, and didn't measure myself. I did it on June 1, and these are the stats back then: non-bone pressed erect length: 4.9 inches. Erect girth: 4.8 inches.

                          I have been deliberately avoiding measuring because I know results don't come fast, and it might get discouraging to see no progress at all. Well, yesterday, I did, figuring that one and a half month should be a good middle point to gauge results in the 90 day newbie program.

                          The results: non-bone pressed erect length: 5.0 inches. Erect girth: 5.3 inches. I am incredibly surprised by this. That's 0.5 inches of increased girth! I checked it again today (my off day), and, yep, no mistake.

                          I've been doing 10 min warmups, one set of basic stretching (up, down, left, right, straight out) and six minutes of wet jelqing uptil the beginning of July.

                          This has been my routine for the past two weeks, if anyone wants to know: 10 min warmups, one set of basic stretching, one very slow stretch rotating all the way around, and one set of helicopter shakes for about half a minute. Followed by 10 min O-grip jelqing and 1 min V-jelq (mostly because it feels fucking awesome). I've been keeping a very light grip throughout, and I've been doing this on a one day on, one day off schedule. Haven't missed a day. I also have been edging right after for a short period (I actually have been edging for three or four years for hours sometimes because I'm a horny bastard), and I must say I think this is helping enormously.


                          Two questions: naturally, given my 5 inch length, that's my target. Any advice on what I should do for length gains after the 90 day period? I'm jelqing at mostly 30-50% erection level since that seems to be the suggested length-gaining level.

                          Second: I have a pronounced left-ward curve when my penis is erect. Should I be working on correcting that (for reference, when erect, if I turn my penis so that it's somewhat straight, the erect length goes to 5.25 inches) after the newbie period?

                          Okay, third (ha): sometimes, during the day, I feel this slight ache in my penis. It's only momentary, like how you'd feel in your feet if you haven't stretched your legs after sitting for a long time and get up to walk. Is that natural? It's never painful, it's just a dull, momentary throb.
