Raw chickpeas are poisonous even cooked still contain these toxins in small amounts, but still has them...
Contain lathyrus? Okay you don't really know what you're talking about sadly. Lathyrus is contained in sweet pea which is a flower and not a vegetable. That is not the plant peas come from.

So if baby;s ARE ACTUALLY dying on a vegan diet.. It's not suitable for humans.. nor will it ever be.. in a million years....

the only reason why it works for audits is you will be using your muscle, liver and fat stores the whole time.... (self cannibalizing)

have you seen vegan teeth ??? the ones that look like a bunny rabbit, Yes a lot of them use dentures or veneers, because they rotted out from all the sugar they're living off of..

it's a 80 to 90% animal based diet... (by weight) in a given day...

if a meat base diet was so bad for me i would all ready have Erectile Dysfunction oh wait I don't anymore.....

like with the western diet which is pretty much 90% plant based......

Now I cant stop them from happening... life is so unfair, to be getting boners randomly again..

I had a friend that could not digest meat of any kind his whole life due to some genetic issue . He is now in his 80's.

I think your friend was BS you...
i'm sure your friend has muscle atrophy too...

All animals can digest meat. Even some plants do too..

most likely it's an allergic reaction to what the animal feed that was being used.. I can't even drink milk... when the cow is from a feed lot.. since 6 months ago i had about 60-65 gallons of grass fed cows milk... i can't stand the smell or taste or pork too (makes me want to vomit and it causes a headache for me )

Humans all have an acidic stomach which dissolves meat plain and simple...
The humans cecum is miserably inadequate.

If you eat raw meat like nature intended it will completely
              dissolve it...

I have even been experimenting with plants by feeding them raw meat

There are certain diseases, some of which is genetic and rare, that can cause a person to have an intolerance to processing certain meat components. People with certain of these diseases can do OK with the right diet and treatment. Sounds like Pegasus' friend is one of those. At least I wouldn't be too quick to call him a BS'r.

Curious - what animal species you are eating and are these wild or farm raised? You didn't answer before about what parts you're eating - not just muscle, but skin, bones, organs, etc. Are you aware of what the animals were fed? Just trying to get a sense for how you are getting certain vitamins, especially C & E and the efficiency of your K uptake. Also trying to get a sense for your percent saturated vs. unsaturated fat intake.
                      Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7", BPFSL 7.0"

                      Goal: BPEL 8.0", EG 6.0", BPFL 5.75" FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.5"

Cow, chicken and fish... are my main sources of animal meats.. all the necessary vitamins are found in liver... nice try though..

RDA are just man made numbers... Go look in nature and show me another animal using these man made numbers when they're eating ...exactly none...

Why do you think you salivate when you see red? I bet you salivated after reading that ? and NOT the color green or blue?

that is the color object you would be eating in nature. bloody red meat.

Cows salivate over green they eat grass... they would eat meat also given the chance.. They're just bad hunters.....

K2 is found in animal products... which is 100% bio available compared to vitamin K1 which is found in plant matter(or synthetic versions )

All those plants you see in the store are fake man made plants... go eat the REAL natural version of them you will die from food poisoning.. they're very toxic.....

                        Try it:
go on the vegan plant only diet for two weeks and you will get sick.....

This is how well the 90% p̶l̶a̶n̶t̶ sugar based diet is doing. in the US...

Liver does have many vitamins, but you'd have to eat a load of it daily of it to get enough C & E. And without enough E, even if you're consuming enough K, your uptake of the K will be very inefficient. Cooking the meat can also reduce the vitamin load. I've studied the Inuits with great curiosity as they are successful as carnivores. For example, they somehow learned to eat raw whale skin and certain other raw meat to get enough C. Inuits eat a wide variety of animals and many parts of the animals. They also eat wild animals that eat wild, balanced diets and have a much higher concentration of nutrients and unsaturated fats - unlike alot of store-bought meat which is generally less nutritious and has far more of the less healthy saturated fats due to the animal's diet and physical fitness (why I asked what food the animals you're eating were eating and if the animals were wild or domesticated).

I'm not not predisposed to say that a carnivore diet is always bad, just that most people can't pull it off by shopping at a regular store and/or with a preference for cooked meats and eating mostly animal muscle. Just supplementing with some liver isn't going to cut it. It's the same for vegans - it's possible to be healthy on a vegan diet, but it takes careful selection of foods. I will say that so far, research on effects of a vegan diet tend to give it more credence than the carnivore diet. I think this is partially due to the limited availability of the variety of meat products required and people's preference for cooked meat. Vegans can find a wider variety of foods and tend to eat more of it raw.

I all ready said it's a 80-90% animal based diet ... why does everyone assume it's 100% animal based diet ??

i also don't go by terms like carnivore diet, animals is is what humans should actually be eating..

It's your natural diet, the soon you accept it the better... I have accepted it and I have benefited greatly...

instead of sodas, plant based processed sludge with traces of eggs and milk or ULTRA processed plant sludge...

Every single animal wants to eat another animal...Even plants and insects want to eat animals.

even rumen animals want to eat other animals, but they just suck at hunting... this is

why humans are picky eaters and target rumen animals as they're the purest amino acids you can get

Yes, I saw that previously. But you also said in another post that you believe plants are toxic. So, what makes up the other 10-20% of your diet?
