    Congrats. I am also a proud shower I have never been embarrassed about my size, but I am happy it’s longer because of PE. I love the stealth sleeve but each to their “own device”.

      I was not feeling good about my Flaccid size because I was an extreme grower . I was OK with my Erect size.

        As you are wearing the STATIC extender , in the 1st set the dick is not loose. Then in the 2ns set it becomes more loose and in the 3d set it becomes even looser.
        If you do more than 4 sets , your dick is starting fighting back by becoming stiffer... so thats why the recomendation is 2 to 4 sets per day and thats why the best results are happening by this volume.
        As the days are passing by , your dick is starting adapting this this fixed static length and your dick is more loose in the 1st and 2nd and 3d set.
        The day that your dick is so loose in the fixed length on the 1st set as it was on the 3d( some days ago) then its time to progress in length by adding one little rod (0,2 to 0,5cm).
        The definition of loose dick in the extender is very clear and very simple:
        a) Your dick is very bentable when you are pressing gently the shaft with your finger
        b) Its thicker in the extender because its not so stretched anymore
        c) You are not feeling any feelings of being stretched anymore
        d) The base is loose on your fat bad so the upper part of the base is like falling down

              I don’t have an extender, butbwanted to stretch more after pump and clamp and cumming since my penis feels so stretchy. Sometimes I do basic stretch or half turn bundle up stretch for 30 min sessions while I work just holding a stretch. Do you think this is a good idea or extender works differently? I believe stretching after girth work and cumming works much better.

                People are having less stretchable tissues after girth work and cumming....so do I.
                So I don't know what you re talking about

                  When you will finish your set you will take 30 mins of rest NOT less.
                  Then you will go for your next set and do the same and then 1 more set.
                  So 1h / 30m break / 1h /30m break / 1h END OF DAILY VOLUME.
                  The 3h has shown to be the sweet spot for most of the extending big gainers. ( there are some exceptions of cource).

                  PRODUCTIVE FREQUENCY

                  The rule here is to workout 5 days/week and take 2 rest days.
                  The best way to do it is by not doing more than 3 workout days in a row… the 4th day should be a rest day to let the tissues adapt and recover.
                  So the perfect frequency is 3on/1off-2on/1off and every 3d week throw 2 days of rest in a row.

                  DEEPER RECOVERY BREAKS FOR CONTINUE GROWTH

                  Every 3 months on the program take 1 week off for deeper recovery for continious growth.

                  That’s all.
                  Does the intensity described here work with the Phallosan forte. I know products like andro etc. were mentioned but just wanted to check if that would apply with an ADS?

                          TeoDeles, I personally feel your hypothesis is 100% correct.

                          I'm using extender for 1.5 month and every time I try to wear it for over a 1h, my dick is starting to be much more sensitive. I usually take the extender off, taking rest for some time and go back.

                          Also after each 3-4 days I feel that I need a day of two off.

                          I think I've gained around 0.5 in 1.5m so it's really good result.

                          I've got also a bathmate. What do you think about combination of these two?

                              Jes-Extender, now 1200-2000g - it depends how I feel tension atm.

                              For first month I tried not to exceed 2h/day.
                              Now I'm trying to make 3h/day but I'm quite busy so it's 2-3h/day.


                              In my case any kind of pumping is making my dick tissues stiffer and it is ruinning the length gains. So I d say , do NOT use it until you reach your length goal.
                              There are various opinions on the forum but I'll try to follow your advice and check it empirically
