Extending for optimal gains

    I have the QEP, followed their video. Within 3 months I gained 3/8" flaccid, half inch erect. I wore it a good 7 hours a day, off on weekends.

      Pf essentially is only an all day stretcher with very poorly designed plastic components. I wore that thing for 3000+ hours and all it did was destroy my glans and my wallet. Old school extenders are painful but they actualy work.

          Hey OP,

          Is there any difference between rod and spring extenders in terms of power? I have heard spring works compared to rod which is confusing to me why wouldn't both work, right?
          Also I have glans numbness that starts at 50min and my sets are 30min now. Does that mean whenever you get numbness that way of PE should be avoided and something else should take it place, like vac extending?

            That s the indicators that are needed in order to add the next rod.
            When these indications are happening during the 1st set of the day its time to add a rod and don t go back again.
            By this way your own dick showed you that it has gained MFSL( and possible EL) and that is ready for the next length step.
            The length rod progressions extending works simply because you can t overtrain from guesses of WHEN and HOW MUCH intensity to add because your own dick tells you WHEN to add.... the HOW MUCH is 0,2 to 0,3cm as the Andro rods are comming with the device.
            When you are adding the new length you will see that teh dick is NOT so loose in the extender anyome... so all you have to do is doing your 3X60 mins sessions 5 days /week and it will be loose once again and then you are adding the next rod and this is how gains are happening.
            And don t even think of doing more volume/sets or skipping your rest days because you are gonna have the opposite results.... the tissues will get stiff and you can stay there for a life time without being able to gain more MFSL in order to procceed in the next rod.
            Thats the main trap of all the extending guys with no gains.
            and this is all basically for what kind of extender, spring? It sounds so overcomplicated. I have Leluv's. Only rods and you push them upwards as you screw them clockwise, that's it. How to know any of these stuff with my extender? Should I purchase the one like yours?

              The static or rod extenders like the Leluv Slider are a bit tougher on the shaft than spring extenders. The spring extender allows you to compress but the static extender does not.

              In time you'll get used to extending and 60 min will be doable.

                Hey friend, how's going?

                What do you think they are tougher on the shaft? I didn't notice that. So what are you saying, keep on the rods leluv or take on some else like qpe or andro??

                  The Leluv is more powerful, stick with it.

                      Thanks for the info, gonna change my routine to this.
                      I'm using penimaster pro withe the belt and I've seen only slight improvement in flaccid, so will try your advice.
                      I'm using the belt for tension. what your thought about the belt? good or should I use the rods(have both)?

                            I think a combination of up and down is the best way to go as each position increases the stretch on a different part of the penis. It's just my opinion, but I think being balanced when extending is important.

                            • Great post! Thanks Teo, I will try this approach for two months and report back. Been doing 12-18h 1kg streches with penimaster pro for two months straight. All I gained was some thickness. Although never passed the threshold of comfort.

                              • Interesting article... For me the RestoreX and QEP have about a 2600 gram resistance when pressed on a kitchen scale. I could see the advantage of the QEP since it is never under full tension. (With only a 1/2" of travel, it never is under full compression)
                                Unfortunately with the QEP, you never really know the amount of tension your getting, but you can count on less than 2600 grams for sure.

                                Maybe that is the key to the success there. I wonder if others have had luck incorporating an extender WITH 20-30 minutes Jelqing 4 or 5 days a week?? I am giving that a go and decreasing my extender time down to 3 hours 4 days a week.
