Make a penis weight hanger- with routine!

    • I've got a few questions on this that I'd like to ask, if anyone has an opinion on them?

      I like both manual PE and hanging and would actually like to combine them both in a PE program. There are times when hanging isn't convenient in my household purely due to privacy. I normally get to have my own "private time" 2-3 times a week and thought I could hang in these times.

      So with this in mind, my first question would be, has anyone combined a light hanging routine with a bit of manual work? I've yet to see anyone do this as people seem to either favour just hanging or just manual work.

      My second question comes around hanging itself. I've read from a variety of sources that hanging heavy weights can actually be counter-productive. The thinking is that by going for heavier weights, you actually toughen up the ligaments making it harder to gain length going forward. The theory being harder ligaments are harder to stretch and deform.

      I know that when I spoke to Bib a few years back, his suggestion was to make sure that you were always "riding the fatigue" when hanging which basically meant that you had to hang on a regular basis, every day, even if it was for a short period of time. His view was that if you slacked off, it gave the body time to heal and the ligaments to toughen up again. This toughing could actually cause future gains to be very difficult to achieve.

      I have to say that I've no doubt that Bib's methods work, as long as you are hanging every day. However for those of us who wish to hang 2-3 times as well, is there a solution for this type of hanging?

      With this in mind, if you want to hang 2-3 times a week, do you think it's better to hang either:

      1. Lighter weights for longer periods with very few sets?

      2. Lighter weights for shorter periods with a lot of sets?

      3. Heavier weights for around 15 mins max and few sets?

      4. Progressive weights - starting on a long light set and working up to a heavy short set?

      Very interested to hear the thoughts back from everyone as I firmly believe that hanging is a very good way to gain length.

      I have a BIB hanger myself and it's fantastic, but as I can only hang 2-3 times a week, I don't want to do something that will be counter-productive.

        I played semi-pro football and Saturday night during our game I was making a tackle and m foot got caught underneath the guy and in an awkward position as well, the 3 inside bones on my foot just snapped and went downwards.

        • I had 2 toes on my left foot broken when I was at work when a a steel part fell on my foot. I had steel toed shoes on but it hit above the steel toe part. I know how you feel.

            There are men that do this. You can substitute hanging for any scheduled length work without any issue.

            Strong ligaments are not detrimental to gains. The key is in being fully relaxed while you hang. If you contract against the resistance you won't be getting the full benefit of the exercise (and you risk injury if you're using heavy weights).

            There's no need to hang every day- especially if you're going heavy.

            Given the choices above, I'd go with option 4.

                You're contracting against resistance. This is good if your goal is to work you PC, but when you're hanging with *heavy weight for the purpose of stretching the penis/ligs, it's counterproductive and dangerous.

                Being as relaxed as possible is the way to go

                *There are some movements that combine kegeling with moderate or managable tension (like manual exercises) that can take advantage of the relaxing effect produced by initially contracting against resistance. The biggest issue with contracting against heavy weights is one of safety and control.

                    Dustpan - Yea I wish it was my toes, but it wasn't. At least it was a clean break ya know? Doc said that when I heal my foot will be better then it was before the break.
                    Anyways I've got a question, the size 1 is perfect size for me, but I'm having trouble putting it on with my wrapping underneath it, it doesn't fit properly unless I wrap tight. I noticed you modified yours that the muzzle part actually opens? Any advice you can give on that?

                      I do both currently. I manual stretch before I shower and after that I get out do some of my own power jelq exercises, then clamp, then hang, then more jelqing. I just started with that whole routine tonight and am in the process of completing it. But I've been manual stretching and hanging for the past 3 nights. It is pretty cool so far. So to answer your question, yes someone has

                        • Hey guys quick question about hanging with the sock device...should the bottom end be tied right above the head of the penis? And when I am just starting should I do 3 ten minute sets with rubbing?heat in between?

                          • I just fixed up a sock hanger...

                            I sit by the edge of the chair and let it hang naturally downwards while I play games or read books...

                            this sock has a huge foot space so I can slot weight straight into the sock instead of tying something at the closed end.

                            however I find it a problem to keep the sock hanged onto my penis. I tie it at the base of the penis and as time goes by 5-10mins, it'll end up at the head (glan) and drop off eventually.

                            I'm using only 150grams... I wonder when I up the weight in future, it'll surely slip off even faster. I've tied it secure enough, but not extremely tight.

                            Any tips to keep the sock onto my penis?

                              If you're just starting, one 10-15 minute session will be enough. Then, you can slowly start adding more time (with breaks between sessions).

                                By tying the sock to the base instead of directly behind the glans, you're not stretching the length of the penis itself.

                                You can either use a good deal of padding so that you can get away with tying the sock on tightly, or you can use silicone gel inserts (think Dr. Scholl's foot gels) cut into strips for padding and it'll help the sock stick (you still have to tie it up, though).
