    Don't know it LOT applies here. But Dragon you can hang up, or with a pulley and rope you can hang down. Using an arm chair you can hang to the sides. Hanging long enough and with sufficient weight and you Dragon will be draggin on the ground.

      Anyways, I am not looking to do any of this advanced stuff jsut yet, happy to take it slow as I have been. But just figure its useful to get as much info on the subject as possible. WIll come in handy sooner or later.

        thanks big al. i have only used this twice, and i used the nylon straps that another member mentioned he used as they work better for me than the shoelaces. The sock would fall off when i used the shoelaces but with the nylon cables the sock seems to just barely hang on. It is this barely hanging on that I am worried about...I fasten it tightly just before the glans but as i stand up, my skin seems to stretch over my glans. I don't feel any pain, numbness or coldness in my head but this still worries me a bit as i'd really rather not injure myself. Any idea if i should be safe? or perhaps how I can fix this problem? Thanks guys, you've all been so much help on my journey

          Are you wrapping your friend first? I wrap tightly with a 'self adhering' Ace Bandage prior to putting the sock in place. If, with your arrangement, the sock and weight slides off it hurts like hell.

            well i just did two set, my first set I wrapped using a gauze and I experienced the problem i mentioned. The second set I didnt wrap and it actually seemed to stay up better. But the comfort with the wrap is much better. Perhaps im wrapping wrong, i will go purchase some self adhering bandage today, could you tell me how to properly wrap or maybe show me a link because I havent had any success?

              The gauze is probably slipping. You need to get this advice from someone with more experience than I have at this point in time. Query Big Al.

                As long as you're not cutting off circulation you should be fine. You should retract any excess skin before tying your hanger. The sock should be tied on just securely enough to keep the weight on with whatever activity you're doing.

                Have you tried using silicone gel strips (like the kind used for shoe insoles)? Cutting these into usable strips will work well at both padding and securing.

                  Thanks Big Al! I plan on making one of these homeade hangers in the future. I just recentlt started some light hanging with just a couple of pad locks hooked together. I still get a pretty good stretch. I am really excited about the homeade one, and look forward to using it in the future. Thanks again!

                      A Sad Day

                      This is a sad day indeed, after four months of using Big Al's sock hanger, my sock gave up the ghost. Thread bare with all of the elastic gone, it expired today. With a great deal of saddness I have relegate my will cotton friend to the great laundry basket in the sky.

                            is there any way u can make a video or a step by step.. im more of a visual learner. but im not gonna try this untill my routine is over but it would be nice to make a vide or a step by step for future references. thanks

                              has anyone had good gains using the hanger?

                              whats the advantage to having a bib hanger over the sock hanger?

                              i have a routine by big al just given to me....so id want to use this as more of an all day stretcher in 4weeks time...can the sock be used as an all day stretcher?
