I'm still pretty new to PE. But the BM definitely has my curiosity up. No offense to anyone, but regular air pumps always seemed silly to me. If it works for you fantastic. But I tried once or twice and did not care for how felt and redness of the skin from rubbing on the tubes sides as I expand.
The BM seems to make more sense with water providing a lubricator of sorts. Making it easy to expand and for your penis to slide along the walls easier when stretching length wise. I can see how it would be very effective.
When I am looking to makes changes, especially physical, I try picture the muscles and tissues involved in my head. It really helps me to target the right exercises for what I want to achieve.
For those that do a lot stretching, I don't about you. But my hands get sore after awhile of trying to hold a grip. Seems like this would be the perfect substitute or at minimum allow you to reduce stretch.
I'm curious for other's thoughts to use the BM most effectively.
