Yo! So today I did my second hanging session ever and it felt pretty good and went smooth. Again, I only used 2,2lbs and I didn't feel any fatigue at all after 3x15min sets. Should I go up in weight tomorrow you think or is it too soon since I'm very new to this?

Also my penis gets cold and turtled up after a session, is this ok?

Sorry, some of us do sleep ya know Tissue retraction after stretching is normal. Are you having any erection problems? Remind me how many weeks you have been hanging? If it's still your first week, keep using the same weight level. If it's your second week or farther along, go ahead and try another pound in weight.

It's my first week ever! I'm getting hard morning wood, so no erection problems. Well, I'll go for 2,2 lbs this week out then, even if I don't feel the slightest bit of fatigue at any time after hanging? I even pulled down on the weights gently yesterday to get a little tension. Anyhow, I'm liking the routine so far, I'm also liking the smell of the BIB, lol! Anyone know what I'm talking about, what is that smell?

Yea, you may or may not hit fatigue by the end of this first week. That's ok since you're new to this. I'd say, keep doing your 3 sets a day as well. Next Monday, start with another pound and see how you are doing by that Wednesday. Feel free to PM me as well. I don't always get back to a post as quickly as I do a PM. The "smell" is the plastic.

Well fellas, i just want to say that I am really diginig this Progressive hanging, since I began with this approach, I have gained 1/8th of an inch and am now hanging 22 pounds for my first two sets at 15 minutes and the change in 20 down to 15 minutes has resulted in much better EQ and this is at about 5 lbs heavier to boot. I have tried other aproaches but I havent found one that works like this program.
Keep up the great stuff Malehanger. Kudos for the thread.

I don't warm up myself. Other men may/do.

I am doing 3 or 4 sets a day, I warm up in the beginning and then as I feel like it during the rest of my sets.

                          Good stuff.

Long gone are the days of 4 - 6 sets. My range is 1 - 2 sets, with an emphasis on heavy weight (30 - 50 pounds). Since the sets are so low, I try to adhere to Bib's philosophy of "no days off" if I can help it.

My goal is to hang a bundle of shingles, I am a roofer ya know. All joking aside, if your hanging that much that would be impressive.

Yep, I am. I started getting after PE in August 2011, after taking a couple of years off.

My log shows my progress from then until now:
