        One thing to note is that the Swedish penis weight lifting champion was on a show a few years back. He's even able to pull an SUV with his penis!

        They asked him how he managed such massive weight and he said he was training hard, started with lower weights and made his way up. The thing of interest though is that his penis was tiny, it didn't seem like he gained any length from it at all.

          From what I understand of guys who do this stuff, they actually have a method (have not found clear details yet) of wrapping the attachment around the whole "package" (penis & scrotum) and not just the penis itself.

                        I have been hanging for a long time. I first learned about hanging in November 2001, via Tom Hubbard's site. Shortly after, I built my own hanger using instructions from the old PEforums site, and could barely hang 2.5 pounds-- the stretching of my skin was almost unbearable.

                        I hung weights from November 2001 to March 2006. Since I didn't keep a log, I think I hung an average of three times per week, and one set per session. It was rare that I performed two sets during a session. My hanging weight went from 2.5 pounds to 15 pounds, and gained a little over an inch (5.8 inches to 7.0 inches) in length.

                        I resumed hanging in July 2011. From then until now, my hanging weight has gone from 10 pounds to 52.5 pounds and I have gained 0.25 inches in length.

                        As far as the contraption is concerned, I have not considered using such a device until you asked, because I had no idea something like that existed. I think I will look into using it, because such a device could concentrate the weight more along the vertical axis of the shaft.

                          Awesome pics buddy. Please can you confirm if that is a bib starter or bib original?

                          I currently have the starter and I am hanging 22 pounds comfortably with it. However I am not sure if I can hang 50 pounds with it. Please can you confirm whether you are hanging 50 pounds with the bib starter.

                          Also how and what do u use to wrap?

                            Geez 52 lbs? My dick would tear in half... Btw I tried using ss material In combination with ace wrap. But I just made me come close to injury. It wasn't slipping but it gave me this horrible sensation of pinching the internals of my penis. I tried it for an entire set and it was just unbearable. So I switched to using JUST ace wrap. It digs into the skin but it gives me better grip from the weights. Still hurts sometimes tho def not as comfortable as I'd like my hanging to be...

                                I have been hanging for a while. I started with a sock hanger that I made, which was horrible. With a sock on you can't monitor the color and temp of your glans. The first and last time I used it I took it off after fifteen minutes and my glans was a scary color and very cold. I recovered well and built a Hubbard hanger, which was good but not nearly as good as the Captain's Wench that I made and currently use. I was hanging ten hours a week, fifteen pounds, seven days a week. Big Al became my coach and put me on a less time-consuming routine, concentrating on getting to max weight and resting a day. I got to 25 pounds, three 20-minute sets a day, two days a week. I gained 1/2" in about four months. Not bad.

                                Wrappiing was my biggest learning curve. I currently hang with a single ace bandage, wrapped tight, spiraled all the way from behind the glans to the base. It is the most comfortable wrap I have tried.

                                I am taking a break right now and will go back at it next week. Anyway, thought I would share my experience so far. I love hanging and believe in it 100%.
