Hey OT457, if you were trying to order replacement condoms, I'd recommend looking into silicone sleeve alternatives anyway. There seem to be cheaper options that last longer and don't loose suction as easily. I think the autoextender sleeves are the ones I see mentioned most often, but there are other sources out there. Julian sent me three of the newer generation condoms a while back as a give-away. I tried one and decided I prefer the silicone sleeves I've been using instead.

The two silicone sleeve options I've seen discussed are from autoextender.com or absilicone.com. These are cheaper than the phallosan condoms but still a little pricey. Other sources might have been mentioned in the phallosan support thread, and I'm sure you could find alternatives on google. There are also tutorials to make your own silicone sleeves using a mold made from pvc pipe and dowel rods.Originally posted by OT457 View PostWhere can I get these?!

Hey Falcon,Originally posted by FalconFire View PostI continually get blisters from this thing.
Sorry to hear about your blisters! I know how frustrating it can be to have injuries derail your routine. I've only had one true blister in all of my hours with the phallosan, but I've had a variety of other skin problems. Linked below are a few posts that I wrote on the topic. You might also want to give ShaneC's progress log a read because I know he's faced recurrent blisters with the phallosan and has tried a number of different strategies to combat them.
Briefly, I think blisters form from shearing forces on a margin between skin that is sealed against the bell wall and skin that is free to shift with movement (think blisters from a new pair of shoes). This seems to be exacerbated by exposure to moisture in the bell and/or prolonged edema that can promote skin maceration and a weakening of the adhesion between epidermal layers. Most of the strategies I've seen regarding blisters involve insuring that all of the air is evacuated from the bell. Some users have used a pin to puncture the protector cap so that any residual air inside the cap can be evacuated by the pump, but I haven't tried this. I think it's also important to be sure your bell is the right size, you're not using excessive tension, and you are taking breaks every couple hours to allow your lymph system to drain any edema. Good luck!

Phallosan videos:
YKM123 is a relatively new member on the forum (https://www.pegym.com/forums/introdu...ke-videos.html). He has a website where he reviews various PE devices. I watched a couple of his videos about the phallosan and found them to be informative. They might actually be more helpful to new users than the official instructional videos on the phallosan youtube and he has some creative modifications he suggests that are similar to what I have implemented myself including the use of a silicone sleeve as an alternative to the phallosan condoms and adapting the phallosan vacuum bell for use with a rod-extender base. His use of a Nite Ize gear tie to attach the phallosan bell to the rod-extender cradle would be much easier to execute than the DIY adapter I built. I had been suggesting that a Velcro strap might work, but his idea seems more stable. You can check out a list of his phallosan videos here: Phallosan Forte Videos ? Suggestions for Entirely DIY Phallosan-Style Device:
After building a couple different DIY bells (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post993891 and https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post941765), I've decided that I believe it would be possible to create a relatively inexpensive phallosan-style device entirely from scratch. Since I already have my device, I don't really have any reason to invest the time or money to build another except for proof of concept. Maybe when I have more free time, I might try, but I thought I'd put down some of my ideas in case someone out there wants to give it a go. Here is a list of the phallosan components that would need to be reverse engineered:
1) Silicone sleeve: $24 for 2 on autoextender.com
2) Protector cap: Gel toe cap, autoextender fluid cone, or tape (about $10)
3) Bell: I've previously used 8oz shampoo bottles laminated together with epoxy. This gives an XL bell bigger than the largest phallosan bell. I've noticed the travel-size mouthwash bottles would be good for a smaller size. I have another idea that would offer a range of size options, but I need to think through how it would work. (bottle + epoxy < $10)
4) Valve and pump: Namsokiek's homemade LGH thread shows quick release valves that work with a pneumatic pump. This would be one option, but I'm thinking of a less expensive and more portable alternative: a plastic syringe and a one-way IV valve. (I've seen valves that would work on medical supply websites for <$10 + shipping)
5) Tension clip: I'm thinking springs, narrow pvc pipe, elbows, and caps, eye bolt with locking nut, and binding post aka "Chicago" screws. All of these components are available at a hardware store. Might have to go online for specialty small pvc parts if you want it to be less bulky for public use (probably < $20 total)
6) Belt: I'd suggest the TLC tugger strap ($7 + shipping)
It seems like this could be built for less than $100, probably less than $80, maybe even less than $50 if you got very creative or had some of the components already. Please let me know if anyone attempts something like this!Last edited by pudendal; 03-26-2015, 02:14 AM.

DIY ADS Compatible with Phallosan Tension Clip:
As the weather's getting warmer, it's difficult to hide the large phallosan bell under my pants without the pretext to wear a jacket everywhere. I've been experimenting with ways to conceal the bulge, but haven't had much success. Inspired by ta53ora's phallosan modifications (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...ml#post1048325) and the new LG ADS (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...stretcher.html) I decided to try and make an ADS-style device without the bulk of a bell or pump system. Like the LG design, I came up with what is essentially a concave cylinder with an eye bolt on the end, but I added a channel to attach the phallosan tension clip. I kept the eye bolt as an extra way to attach a belt or weights.
ADS (424x640).jpg
I used it for three hours today and I have to say I'm pretty pleased with how it performed. With prolonged use, it does give some swelling/edema where the tip of the glans makes contact with the rig, but there's no edema on the rest of the glans as there often is with the vacuum bell. It is comfortable, and I feel like I am getting a good stretch and achieving comparable fatigue to the regular phallosan system. Rather than a vacuum bell holding onto the glans and then stretching the shaft, all of the glans is also engaged in the stretch (I'm not sure if this is good or bad). Best of all, it is significantly more discrete under pants. I could walk around in shorts and a T-shirt without attracting attention to the device. So for now, I'll plan to use this new ADS system when I'm out in public and then switch to the regular phallosan system when I'm home alone.
Materials/Methods:
I got a small, plastic spray bottle about 1 inch in diameter, cut off the top part of the bottle with the neck and surrounding walls, and pulled the spray mechanism out of the lid. I created the groove for the phallosan tension clip by sandwiching two small washers between two larger washers and then threaded them onto an eye bolt along with the lid of the bottle. I stacked a few smaller washers inside the lid to give some added weight and then secured it all with a nut. I then screwed the cut-off bottle onto the lid and filled the neck with epoxy to cover the bolt, washers, and nut inside and create a smooth concave surface. I add a silicone sleeve that I secure with a rubber band onto the white lid piece above the bottle dome.
I apply the device by rolling the silicone sleeve up above the clear plastic dome, putting on my phallosan protector cap, pressing the tip of my glans flush inside the dome so there is no air inside, and then rolling the silicone sleeve down over my glans and onto my shaft. I press the phallosan tension clip into the channel formed by the washers, and then attach it to the belt as usual.
This cost less than $5 to build because I already had silicone sleeves and some leftover epoxy. If you had to buy some kind of adhesive to fill in the neck of the bottle, it should cost less than $10 total, and if you also had to buy a silicone sleeve it should cost less than $30 total.Last edited by pudendal; 03-31-2015, 09:34 PM.

I got this question from SergTheBurg and thought it was worth posting to my review thread to open up the discussion:
"This a theoretical question, but in your opinion, do you think it would bring much length increase if you literally never took off the phallosan except to urinate?"
What do you think? Here's my answer:
"I guess, in theory that's what I believe. The higher percentage of hours each day in the device the better. By maximizing the stimulus for tissue deformation and growth and minimizing the time allowed to revert back to the original condition you increase the value of each hour in the device. For example, kids wear their orthodontic braces 24/7 and when they switch to a retainer, their teeth can shift out of alignment if they only wear it for part of the day or inconsistently. That being said, if you really wore the phallosan 24/7 I think you'd be at increased risk of injury. I try to take a short break at least every 2 hours to restore circulation and allow edema to subside and this just isn't really feasible during the night while sleeping. I had several injury setbacks when I was trying to wear the device to sleep for 5+ hours straight. So now I shoot for ten hours a day and if I haven't reached that goal, I'll wear the phallosan to sleep for a couple hours and then remove it."

New Measurement
Ok, I took a new measurement this morning and I'm happy to report that I've gained a full 1/2" of erect length from the phallosan and a full 1" of erect length since I started PE! I think it's now safe to say definitively that the gains I've observed from the phallosan aren't a measurement error.
But, to be honest, I'm a little disappointed with today's results. My BPEL measurement looks to be at or close to 1/8" longer (which is the rate I've observed over the past few measurement intervals), but my BPFSL measurement is maybe about 1/16" longer, definitely not a full 1/8". Previously my BPFSL gains were out pacing my BPEL gains. I'm concerned that this is a sign I may be verging on a plateau.
I was hoping to see an improved growth rate since my daily average time improved during this measurement interval. This time I logged 400 hours in 57 days for an average of 7.0 hours per day. Last time it took me 78 days to log 400 hours for an average of 5.1 hours per day.
Whether I'm verging on a plateau or not, I'll have to take something of a deconditioning break since I am moving abroad and starting a new position getting an international project up and running. Once I've settled into my new environment and responsibilities I'll plan to resume my phallosan routine. I probably won't be on the forum as frequently as I'm not sure how easy it will be to get internet access, but I'll check in periodically.
Today's results are as follows:
BPFSL: about 7.688" (an increase of about 1/16" from my last measurement and about 11/16" total since starting the phallosan)
BPEL: just over 7" (an increase of about 1/8" from my last measurement and about 1/2" total since starting the phallosan)
NBPEL: about 6.5" (an increase of almost 1/8" from my last measurement and about 1/2" total since starting the phallosan)Last edited by pudendal; 04-07-2015, 03:23 PM.

Any new updates? Are you wearing Phallosan and then PeniMaster Pro Extender to finish off?

Hi guys,
Am new to PE, have been doing some ullis and jelqs and some stretching for about 8 months and have gained around 1.3cm which from my understanding is not too bad, but am now thinking about purchasing an extender or the phallsan.
Really could do with some guidance as to what to do as there are so many pros and cons for extenders and i am more confused than ever
thanks
