Hey huangjing32,Originally posted by huangjing32 View PostHello!
I have a question on the bathmate that I got last month. The problem is about the latch. After I hold water in my bathmate, I try to put it on. I need to pump it to let the water come out so it will pump my penis. But my latch cannot close itself properly. After I pump, the latch is not closed so it is leaking air. I need to manually close the latch to make sure it is closed.
Also, I notice my latch is not moving smoothly. Supposedly, the latch will let the water pass through. But these days, the latch just gets stuck there. I try to adjust the latch, and it feels a little bit rusty for some reason.
My bathmate is Hercules.
Apologies for the delayed response. One of the differences between the Hercules and the other Bathmate models is that the Hercules requires that you manually hold the valve in filling it with water, and then holding it while you pump a few times to build up pressure. Once that initial pressure is built up you can let go of the valve and only a small amount of water should be released. Pumping every couple of minutes may expel a bit more water as the pressure gets built back up, but you only need to release the valve again when you're done and want to expel all the water.
Sometimes, as with any product, there are issues with components. If you received a deficient valve from bathpump.com, private message me your info and order number and we can set up you a replacement valve.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,

sammydubs,Originally posted by sammydubs View PostHow do u avoid getting the upmost part of the scrotum sucked in? Im currently putting a hair tie around my nuts which is helping a bit..
It's difficult to say exactly - keeping the BM pressed tight to the bottom of the shaft (i.e. not letting the bottom part of the pump hang low to potentially suck your testicles in) seems like the obvious advice but I'm sure you've tried that. I've heard of some people experiencing this problem, but in those cases it seemed like the user found an angle or a method to prevent any unintentional scrotum insertion. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution that can suggest?

eworthi,Originally posted by eworthi View PostI managed to get a decent vacuum with the Bathmate again by manually pressing in the black valve tab (or "pip" as the Brits say
) this was pretty frustrating, especially since it is so new, but after I fill it while pressing the tab in I then put my penis inside and get the Bathmate seated and pressured with the bellows but before I release the bellows pressure I have to make sure the tab is still pressed in.
Is this normal?
Yes, it is normal. One of the key differences between the Hercules and the other pumps is the valve mechanism. For the Hercules you have to manually hold the valve tab as you fill the pump with water and then after you pump it a few times to get sufficient pressure. Then you can release it and the pressure will hold the water in for the duration of your session. You may expel a bit of water each time you pump. But it should be fine from there until it's time to end your session.
Hope that helps,

I don't recommend putting your meat in the bathtub. ;-) Kidding - it depends on a number of factors - your particularly body/physiology, what routine you use and how dedicated you are with it, if you're using any other device or penis exercise routine. I'd say that most people see encouraging results in the 3 month to 6 month period and its those gains which convince them to carry on - to keep pumping and gaining.Originally posted by Wisdom777 View PostHow long does it take to see bath meat results

Hey JesseV,Originally posted by JesseV View PostI have a question about the Bathmate Hercules vs. the Hydromax X30.
The X30 is said to have 35% more suction than the Hercules. So would that allow me to get more expansion than I can get with the Hercules? With the Hercules, if I go in with a full erection I can pump up to about 170-175mm (according to the measurement on the Bathmate). So if I were to get the X30 would that allow me to pump beyond what I am able to with the Hercules? I got the Hercules to be on the safer side because I'm fairly new to pumping and didn't want to overdo it with the pressure, but after using the Hercules for a couple weeks, it feels like I could definitely handle the next step up. I am very happy with the Hercules (except for a minor valve issue, but I have figured out a workaround), and I plan to keep using the Hercules to continue to get used to the pressure, but I just wanna know for in the future when I decide to take the next step up, if I can get more expansion with the X30.
Thanks.
The increased suction in the X30 basically allows you to generate suction more easily, while also generating a more powerful vacuum overall. Once you're done with the Hercules, you can comfortably try the X30 to 'level up.' Unless you've outgrown that size pump and then you may need the X40.
That's awesome that you're seeing good results!

Hey bigdaws,Originally posted by bigdaws View PostI am also having a problem with my x30 when I pump sometimes air is coming through the value system why is this and its only 3 week old
First thing to make sure is that you have a tight seal and that air isn't getting into the pump around the base. If you're detecting a steady stream of air leaving the valve, then you likely have a broken valve and should contact the seller for a replacement. If you purchased your BM at bathpump.com, private message me your order # and info and I can help get that replacement valve out to you.

Hey Smedlin,Originally posted by smedlin View PostHey Harrison, I was wondering what model size I should get. My measurements are BPEL 7.5 and 5.25 girth.
You're close to maxed out on the Hercules and X30 size (congrats!), so I'd say go with the X40. You'll have plenty of room to grow and won't have to worry about getting a second pump later on. Enjoy!
