    Thanks.
    xVenomSnake,

Happy to help. If you keep to a dedicated routine using the Bathmate and manual exercises over the long haul, those gains you see will become permanent. The problems that some people have in getting the PE results they want is that they become inconsistent in their routines, or abandon them. But if you keep growing your exercise workouts and optimizing your Bathmate use, you'll see those results stick around - just check out the success story forums here or talk to members of the community. They're the best pipeline to real information about how it worked for them. You'll have to adjust your routine to work best for your body, but you will see the results.

We suggest using the Bathmate as your warm up tool to manual exercises - do 15 minutes with the BM beforehand. Increase the pressure slowly over time. Read through some sample routines on this site, or get some coaching advice from Big Al. There's plenty of information and resources to help you on your way.

    Hope that helps!

    Cheers,
    Harrison

No, you don't need to be razor smooth - I'm just offering options with what could be wrong. There's really two options of what's happening when you can't get a good seal - 1) there's something wrong in your approach or handling. This just requires experimentation (how you hold the pump, shaving, with or without comfort pad, etc). 2) there's something wrong with the pump - a leak most likely. If #2, you should definitely look to exchange the pump if it's still under warranty. I will say that most of the time Bathmate users have experienced this problem, it's because they haven't figured out exactly how the pump best fits to their body and they're letting air in in the process. If you're tried everything on that end though, definitely contact the site you purchased from and look to exchange. There's always the chance a defect pops up on a unit.

      Hope that helps.

      Cheers,

For the Hercules you have to manually hold the valve in as you fill the pump with water and continue to hold it while you pump a little bit to build up pressure. Once you reach a certain pressure you can let go of the valve and water shouldn't come out. Then you just release the valve (hold in) to expunge water once you're done with your routine. The X30 has an auto-valve that you switch to the locked position when filling and pumping. If that's locked and you're pumping you should be fine. Then you unlock the valve when done to start draining water.

No problem. We'll get this worked out. If you're not finding the solution after some more experimentation and I'll see if we can gameplan some other solutions.

                  • Hi Harrison,

                    Couple questions:
                    1. When I put the Bathmate on, how many times am I supposed to pump it RIGHT at the start? I am brand new to pumping and PE in general (I've tried jelqing multiple times with no luck, so I don't count that) so I am paranoid about using too much pressure. I think I read something that said to pump 3-5 times and something else that said pump until no more water comes out?

                    2. The first time using it today, I put it on using one "big" pump to create the seal but a few seconds later started feeling a slight general "ache" in my penis as the pressure increased. Is this normal? I wasn't sure if it was so I released the pressure. I went in flaccid if that makes any difference.

The warranty depends on from which site you bought the pump from, but in most cases it's a 30 day guarantee. If you purchased your bathmate from bathpump.com, please private message me your order information and I'll get our team on getting you a replacement.

                        Hey AspiringOne,

Yes, about 3 to 5 times to start. It's simpler than it sound at first. You'll feel the pressure build up with each pump. After some quick experimentation, always making sure you stop and relieve pressure if it every turns to pain, you'll quickly figure out your tolerance level. Then pay attention to your penis as well - sometimes too much pressure results in a bit of edema (marked by some discoloration). In mild doses that's fine, but nothing you want to continue. So if you experience that, ease back on the pressure level. Remember this is a marathon, not a sprint.

I suggest going in semi-erect. When pumping you are going to feel the pressure - that is normal and part of it. Just don't get to the point where it feels like too much (again, this is about pressure, not pain).

                        Hope that helps!

                        • I have a question, the main reason to doing PE is to increase in erect size. But I also find it desirable to get a big flaccid penis, is BP good for this matter?

Also, do you ship to Scandinavia?

Btw, are the results permanent? Is it as with general PE, that after time you create permanent gains?

                            Hello Swapzor,

Yes, bathpump.com definitely ships to Scandinavia and the gains over time are permanent. I often say this is a marathon, not a sprint. Using the pump in conjunction with manual exercises in a dedicated, evolving routine over time if what gets you to the permanent gains. And yes, the gains you'll see extend to the flaccid penis as well. By creating microtears through the slow process of stretching over time, tissue builds back in to fill in the tears, leading to greater size over time. It's similar to how any bodybuilding works - you 'rip' the muscle and over time you build up more muscle mass. Any expansion you see in the pump earlier on is temporary - it takes to get to the gains you want to see, but when you get there, you'll be happy you spent the time.

                            Hope that helps!

                            • Welcome to the gym: Harrison,
Here is my question too you, My Bathmate Hercules is leaking air bobbles; I thought it was the valve so I replaced it with a new one but, it's still leaking air. I would like to know how do I remove the valve body from my Bathmate Hercules? So that I can replace it with a new one.

                              • I've noticed since ive started using the bathmate that i am developing papules. Could pumping be the cause of this?
