What made me want to switch is the discomfort I feel after I have progressed through their recommended routine and then my extender is now longer than my BPEL, which 7.25 inches or so (give or take). I opted to upgrade my order with the infinite support piece and I have watched a couple of blog videos on suggested wrap configurations which I believe will be much more comfortable than Andro's "comfort strap" and certainly more comfortable than just the silicone tubing nooses which no one likes. My question is this, Andro's routine has the new user measure their erect penis and then to properly size the starting length of extender, make the starting extender minus 1.4 inches if memory serves. Then obviously as you move through the weeks, they have you add these .5 cm pieces each week. So if my EL is at 6.85 inches and BPEL is 7.25 inches, what should be the starting initial size of the extender with the base, rods and support system on? Sorry if this topic was already previously covered but after reading through dozens of posts, I can't find that exact question being posed.
      Hi Gainuss Maximus,

First off, I think you made the right choice by adding the InfiniteFit Support System. If you're looking for added comoftr and stability, it is definitely the way to go. When using an X4 Labs Penis Extender there are a couple of things you need to keep in mind. The reason we include every type of fastener and full sets of elongation bars is because everyone wears their device their own way. We don't want to limit you in any way. At the end of the day, if you are comfortable wearing it and are experiencing a tension along the shaft of your penis, you are good to go.

I am not sure if I fully understand your question though. Generally we recommend that you wear your device while flaccid. With the standard Hybrid Support (included with all extender by default) the extender will fit flaccid sizes between approximately 4 - 4.5 inches (10.16 - 11.43 cm). When you add the Quad Support (included with the InfiniteFit) the extender will fit flaccid sizes between approximately 1 - 4.5 inches (2.54 - 11.43 cm). After that, you can add length and tension in small increments by turning the knobs on the base and in larger increments by using the elongation rods included with all extenders.

There is no fixed set up in particular we recommend every user calibrate their device with. My Advice to you, is to wear your device while flaccid, and try and get the most tension possible without sacrificing your comfort level.

      Thanks for your question.

        Hi honestnewb,

There is good news. You are not totally alone. There is a learning curve when first trying to wear a penile traction therapy device. Try and simplify your method of fastening your device.

Set up the device so that it will cause tension when it decompresses.

Put your choice of fastener and foam on before you slide it on.

Put your penis through the base and your fastener. At this point your fastener should be loose enough to simply place your penis through, lining it up with the tip of your penis.

Hold the device compressed with one hand, and with the other pull your fasteners and secure them tightly so you feel your penis is firmly in place.

Once you feel that, allow the extender to decompress.

That should be all it takes. Sometimes some users do not have their devices configured properly which can indeed make putting it on feel impossible, but I assure you it is not.

Try this and let me know if you have any questions about this simple method.

        Thanks.

Any rep here?
          Hi Ashk,

It is not entirely uncommon for there to be minor delays, especially when you order on a weekend or during a holiday. Also something people don't often consider is that their confirmation ends up in their spam folder.

I see in a later post you did indeed receive your confirmation. Good stuff. Enjoy your device.

          Happy X4 Extending!

            Hi afilho,

I think you should absolutely buy the InfiniteFit or Mini Support Piece. Knowing what I know now about penis extenders I think that this is a really important add-on. It allows more stability and comfort which is the key to penis enlargement and penis straightening effectively for long periods of time.

It also allows users with smaller penises to fit a penis extender. And that's great. But it has many benefits for average size and above as well.

If you get the InfiniteFit System with your device then you should have no issue getting it on comfortably.

            Thanks for your question.

I put device by stretching my penis, compress the bars all the way down, strap it and release the compression. When I release the compression, its shows all 3 line. I also tried to use unscrew "knob" all the way out but it just makes device longer and I still see all 3 lines. I also tried to increase length by adding rods but my penis slips from the noose. I also tried quad support to help me with the fastening but still same problem with tension line. There is also challenging in strapping my penis because i'm UNCUT so I need help guys
              Hey the3zone,

My question to you is, without factoring in the lines. When your device is on, are you feeling pulling along your shaft?

If you are, then don't worry about the lines for now. You are enlarging if you're feeling that gentle tension. Once your device is on, if you feel the tension is not great enough, adjust the knobs at the base for more tension.

I have found users who are uncut and using the Quad Support have had great success in wearing their extender. You can use a comfort strap in the back slots to keep your penis in place and then a tub in front to hold the head of your penis in position.

              Hope this helps! Thanks.

I paid extra for the large base as well but it won't sit on the pelvic area correctly but rather swells up the shaft like a cock ring does making it impossible to calibrate the leanth of rods and stretch. • Hello X4 rep.....so my question is I'm not quite a newbie to PE and extending but I have taken a break since the last extender I had broke on me... ( not your device but your competitor..) I ordered the red extreme premium edition. So my question is would it be ok to develop a beginner routine using the x4 and the bathmate since I have the bathmate already? Or should I get back into doing some Manuel excercises then incorporating the x4 later on?

                  • Thanks for the reply. yes I do feel tension when i put on the device. I usually turn the knob and increase length to my erect length. I will try to use quad support and see if that helps.

                    • spare parts

Are there other vendors that sell spare parts for the extenders at a lower price than what X4 labs sells the parts for?

                      Comment

                      • Well, I just purchased a brand new extender with the wide girth base for $104 with the Christmas sale x4 was running. This was actually more cost effective than ordering the spare parts I needed for the extender I already have.

Having same problem with the tension springs and can't seem to figure it out. I put it on same way as decribed by the previous user with this problem, compress device, stretch to fit, strap it, and release compression. if I turn the screws, the bars don't go in, all it does is make the device longer, same as if I just added more bars. What am I doing wrong?

                              Hi Blkpanther66,

Sorry to hear you had issues with your last device. We make pretty sturdy devices which rarely have issues, but if you do, keep in mind you have a warranty with the Extreme Premium Edition for 5 years. Should you have any problems, you can contact us for a replacement.

As far as your routine goes, I think using polytherapy for enlargement is the way to go. Penile traction therapy, using a penis pump and even adding exercises all help bolster results. Go ahead and start using your device as soon as possible. The sooner you use, the sooner you will see gains.

The more you wear it, the more accustomed you become to the traction and the more you can wear the device. Also, not sure if you are aware, but we have a really useful tool which you can use to keep track of your routine and usage as well as the results you get.

Simply visit User account | Penile Traction Therapy Progress Tracker, create an account and start adding information day by day. Nothing motivates like concrete results, which makes this tool extremely effective.

Feel free to check back in with any other questions you may have, thanks.

                                Hi the3zone,

If you are feeling tension along your shaft, and balancing tension with comfort you are doing fine. Turining the knobs helps for smaller increments of length. For larger increments, simply add bars.

If you have the InfiniteFit Quad Support, use it. It really makes for a much more stable fit. I have used my device both with and without the Quad Support and now that I have become used to it, I would never go back to a standard support.

                                Thanks.
