  • Which is the better strategy for gains, wearing the device less with more traction or wearing it more with less traction? I can wear it for 4 hours at almost 2000 g of traction, but I have to take rest breaks every 30 minutes for 10 minutes. Conversely, at 500 g of traction, I can easily wear it for 8 hours, only having to take a rest break every hour or two. Should I vary the traction or always keep it consistent?

      I will try and answer your questions to the best of my ability.

      First off, if you are having issues wearing your extender for 2 hours, you are likely applying too much tension or perhaps you are securing your fasteners too tightly. Either way you should make sure that your configuration is solid and tension is as high as possible without sacrificing comfort. Often users take breaks every 2 hours or so in order to recover. A recovery break of up to one hour during a penile traction therapy session will not hurt your results if you stay committed.

      Tension levels are all relative. If you are feeling a stretch along the shaft of your penis then you are feeling penile traction. Which is what you want. Just don't set your tension too high. Penis extenders are not meant for overnight results. Results will come over time if you use it as directed. I suggest increasing tension as your penis grown more accustom to the traction.

      Attaching the Wide Girth Base is rather simple.

      First, remove your Hybrid or Quad Support Piece by pulling it off the bars.
      1 - Unscrew the Spring Loaded Pistons from the base.
      2 - Remove the two Metal Disc Pieces from the Standard base unit.
      3 - Place the metal Pieces into your Wide Girth Base. Aligning the slots for the Spring Loaded Pistons to screw into.
      4 - Screw the Spring Loaded Pistons into the Metal Disc Pieces that you placed in your Wide Girth Base.
      5 - Reattach your Hybrid or Quad Support Piece securely and you are done!

        That's a great question, and it is frequently asked as well. Finding 4-6 hours per day can be a tall task indeed. The good news is, that is the recommended amount of time to see the best results after 6 months of usage. You can absolutely wear your extender 2 hours per day and even take some days off and still get results. Granted the results will be slower and more gradual.

        One thing you should do is maintain a comfortable tension level. Don't increase the tension to the point you dread wearing the device just because you want to speed up the results, or missed a day of usage. Just keep at it and stick to your schedule and you will get the same great results in the long run. Balance comfort with as much tension as possible and you will do great!

        Another useful tip is to measure your penis length and girth monthly. Seeing measurable results will without a doubt motivate you to stay committed over an extended period of time.

          Thank you for your question. It is one that I believe may help future penile traction therapy users. You will find as you continue to use your device, your body will get more accustomed to the therapy. Think about it like doing exercise. The first time you go to the gym, you may find yourself doing a small amount of reps and at low weight but your body will still feel the effects. But if you stay committed and continue to go consistently, you will find yourself doing more reps at higher weights and feel virtually no effects. The same can be said for traction therapy.

          The best answer is do as much as you can right now, and try and maximize the tension as you go without sacrificing your comfort level. Your body will become more adjusted to the therapy and you will eventually be able to wear your device at high tension for even longer periods of times with little or no discomfort.

          Also, taking short breaks during sessions is fine and will not affect your overall results. So to answer your question, you should vary your tension by increasing as you get more and more used to wearing your penis extender. Stay as consistent as possible and keep trying to wear it between 4-8 hours per day. Some users also find it very helpful to keep a diary of how long they wear their devices, with how much tension and periodic progress measurements of length and girth.

            • I have the Deluxe Edition and last weekend i was trying to wear it and i just coudn't. It looks impossible!! I stretch my penis but anyway i can't put it on. It's too dificult, it hurts my penis, it's uncomfortable. How i tight the strap? In my glans? Below?
              Current; 6" BPEL, 5.75" MEG
              GOAL; 8" BPEL, 6.5-7" EG

                  Sorry to hear you are having issues wearing your Deluxe Edition penis extender. Generally, there is a learning curve involved when you are first getting used to putting on and wearing your device. I am sure you will get the hang of it.

                  In order to wear a standard device, you must be 4 inches flaccid. If you are below that, you need to get the Quad (Mini) Support piece which will reduce the amount of stretching required for you to reach the support. The Quad is designed to fit sizes as low as 1 inch flaccid!

                  I know if you call in between 9 am to 5 pm one of our representatives would offer you that piece at a reduced price if you think it would help.

                  Tightening the strap is easy, simply pull the two ends that are hanging below the extender device support piece. And to remove it, pull the two tabs at the top.

                  I hope this helps, I am just trying to give you a reply with what little information I have. If you can elaborate, I can assist further.

                  • I have purchased the Delux edition. Hopefully this does help me gain some length. I really just don't have the time to do length and girth. I will be doing my girth routing to wear down my tunica, then slapping this bad boy on to stretch it out. I remember all the times big al told me to wear your shaft down with girth work then stretch it.

                    • Ok so I have a issue. I don't know where to start with the along atom bars. I tried the 2 inch ones and I still see all 3 of the tension lines. Then I added the .5 inch Rods and My stretched flaccid couldn't reach it.

                      What to do what to do?

                        It's funny that i couldn't know before i purchased about this Quad (Mini) Support! Now i have to spend more money? What are you guys thinking? If i knew my penis wouldn't wear it i'd never buy it!

                        • I figured out what a lot of people are doing wrong! You have to make sure that your glands are past the end of the extender when your are done righting it! So when measuring do not count your penis head as part of the length! Only the shaft, then you will know what extensions you should be at.

                            Just wondering where I can find a solid routine for my extending? I only recently received the extender, haven't really started wearing it because I don't know where to start i.e. how much tension to use and for how long each time during the first week? etc.

                            6 months of extending NBPEL ( before the injury ) = 6 6/16 OR 6 3/8 inches MEG = 4 inches

                                Thanks for your question. I hope answering it will help you and many PEGYM users down the line as well. Penile traction therapy (also known as penis extending) can be done successfully with many different routines. Which is a good thing when you think about it, because we all tend to have different time constraints.

                                Generally what you want to do is wear your device between 4-8 hours per day, every day, taking periodic breaks when you feel any sign of discomfort. That would equal between 28-49 hours every week. Using this type of routine will yield optimal results in 6 months time.

                                That is a lot to ask for some people, but there is some good news. That routine can be adjusted to fit your lifestyle. While we would not recommend wearing your device more than that, many users have reported great results in our clinical studies with less frequent use. Many users opt to take 2-3 days a week off for recovery. This is fine, as long as you still manage to stay consistent and understand that it will take a longer time frame to get optimal results. Other users wear the device every day but for shorter periods of time, which has the same result as taking off days.

                                As far as what to do within your sessions, when you start, go easy. Adjust the configurations to find a good fit with moderate tension. Comfort is the key. Once you feel you have the best fit for your shape and size, slowly increase the tension as you go. You will see that you will get more and more accustomed to it and adding tension will not create much, if any discomfort.

                                Also, don't shy away from taking 20-30 minute breaks within sessions. As you go, the desire to do so will lessen over time. You will notice that after 2-3 months of a steady routine you virtually no longer feel the desire to take any breaks at all.

                                Another extremely useful idea is to track your usage. Keep record, jot down how many hours you've worn your device, and take weekly measurements of your progress. This will keep you motivated and give you a good idea of how many hours you have completed and how much length and girth you have gained.
