You should use the device by itself first for awhile. If you feel like more of a challenge after a few weeks you can do hand stretches before extender work.Originally posted by cologuy View PostJust ordered the size genetics ultimate system.
My question is should I do my manual stretching and helping before I put the size genetics on?

If you are missing a part of your order please PM me with your order details.Originally posted by cologuy View Postso , just got the sizegenetics ultimate system but am missing the traction powder.
my question is : my flaccid penis outstretched length is 5.5 what settings should i use for just begining?
How your penis is measured and how it sits in the extender will vary with things like whether or not you are seated and the angle of your extender setting. It would be best if you estimated the number of rod lengths you will need and experiment so that you are using enough of them at the lowest tension setting to induce a slight tension.

I'm not surprised you're having problems. The SG folks ripped me off too. Their extender is no better, and no worse, than a $25 version on ebay. The bibs and bobs they include ("Comfort System") are worthless. You can get much better advice on this forum than you can with the DVDs they include with their device. Moreover, they refuse to honor their guarantee to refund your money if it doesn't do anything for you.Originally posted by TheBeat View PostHello o recently bought the Sg extender & I've been having some problems, 1st I tried to add an additional bar for more tension because the smaller one isn't giving me enough of a stretch & it won't seem to screw in none of them do besides the smallest one?? So I leave it semi screwed but when I'm putting it on an I'm adjusting it it collapses, also I'm have difficulties with it staying on since I am not circumcised any suggestions ?? Thanks you
I am sorry to see that they ripped another person off. It is companies like theirs that give this industry a bad reputation.

im confused. how much tension should i feel? i dont get this. i am at two bars but still dont feel any stretching . i have it on the lowest tension. i am just begining and know that i am suppose to try and not increase the tension but i litterally wear it for a straight hour and still i feel as if there is so no stretching being done.

i am using the bar that came attached to it, and also i added what looked like the medium bar. what is the length usually used for two bars and lowest tension? any help please. i am at about 6.5" with my stretched flaccid length.Last edited by cologuy; 12-03-2016, 06:36 PM.

you're probably right - no stretching is being done, and you're wasting your time. The issue with the extender is that if you put enough tension on it to do some good, it either cuts off circulation or slips off. Finding a way to avoid these two problems is very difficult.Originally posted by cologuy View Postim confused. how much tension should i feel? i dont get this. i am at two bars but still dont feel any stretching . i have it on the lowest tension. i am just begining and know that i am suppose to try and not increase the tension but i litterally wear it for a straight hour and still i feel as if there is so no stretching being done.

You should be using the lightest tension setting. Even at its maximum the tension is going to be fairly light, so it is cumulative time that really matters for gaining with an extender.Originally posted by cologuy View Postim confused. how much tension should i feel? i dont get this. i am at two bars but still dont feel any stretching . i have it on the lowest tension. i am just begining and know that i am suppose to try and not increase the tension but i litterally wear it for a straight hour and still i feel as if there is so no stretching being done.
Right now you should focus on stretching just past your erect length, but in comfort. Two of the two inch rods and a half rod section might be pushing it, but if you can wear it without feeling too much stress in the upwards position then change the position to a straight out or downwards stretch for more tension.Originally posted by cologuy View Posti am using the bar that came attached to it, and also i added what looked like the medium bar. what is the length usually used for two bars and lowest tension? any help please. i am at about 5.5" with my stretched flaccid length.

Other extender wearers have been able to use them with great success.Originally posted by RippedOff View Postyou're probably right - no stretching is being done, and you're wasting your time.
