I recently brought a Size-Genetics Complete System and I want to return it. I have contacted Darren from customer service but he was of no help and didn't follow up to my response. I am completely frustrated because I was promised a 6 month money-guarantee. I need help.

We will do what we can, but Darren is the final authority at SizeGenetics for refunds and returns.

Are you encountering resistance when you attempt to screw in the rod or in getting it to depress when you apply tension?

You wound not need to contact them before you plan on entering. Take a before picture (erect and flaccid and next to a tape measure) right before you start using the device. The recommendation is 1/2 inch over flaccid stretched length, but that will vary. Before your first session test yourself and see how many rods you can comfortably set up without too much of a challenge.

Hi I'm planning to buy size genetics but I've never have tried any kind of extender before and I want to know if I can wear it comfortably with jeans but of course not the skinny ones.

If the jeans are moderately baggy and you wear the device in the up position you should be ok. Make sure to check yourself in the mirror before you go out in public.

I remember reading somewhere the extender should stretch the penis to 1cm beyond your flaccid stretch length. My flaccid stretch length is 16cm. I can use 1 pair of the longest rods added on to the device comfortably, but without twisting the rods it falls short of 16cm. If i twist the main rods to extend the device, I can barely get past 16cm without the penis slipping out... or, if i tighten the strap all the way and then twist the rods, the head turns a darker shade after a while, which i assume means too little blood flow

Even if i try to add 1 pair of the smallest rods (so that i'm using 1 pair of the longest rods and 1 pair of the smallest) instead of twisting the main rods to extend the device, it's just a bit too long for me to strap into

What do you suggest doing?

The 1 cm suggestion is a guideline but you should try on the extender and make that assessment from there. If you need to remove a rod portion so that the desired level of tension can be set then that's ok.

How long are you stretching for? The stretch that you feel after extender work is going to be very different from any type of hanger or hand stretch, and you may need to stretch for a couple of hours or more to get that feeling in the beginning.

Sizegenetics sucks they scammed me twice. They said they would give me a refund so sent it back and now there saying they cant refund me lol what a sad little failed company. I bought a 4x labs since and it fits 3 inch flaccid go with them if you don't want to buy from people who lie to you and do anything to steal your money. Ill get my money back now anyway from visa they messed up by telling me by mistake they would refund me . You cant go back on your word your supposed to be a professional company lol here is proof btw
