That would fall under assembly. Did you receive a DVD with your device? There should be instructions on there showing you how to assemble the rods.

i don think you are getting the question. btw the video doesnt show the hexagonal piece being pushed into the the spring loaded cylinder when he is changing the tension. once again the video does not show at all the tension be changed as desrcibed by you and the dvd . Am i correct when i say, that when the first line of the hexagonal piece disappears into the spring loaded cylinder it 600 grams of tesnion? how do you get it sink in? when ever i try to do that it just makes the bottom screw longer but it the hexagonal piece with the lines never changes its position?

The hexagonal things that have the markings on them only disappear inside the bar when I compress and pull the device towards my dick, if I screw and adjust the tension with the device fitted on my dick (and yes I followed every step) it only just moves it forward and makes it longer, but the markings are still all there and visible no matter how much I screw/turn. I attached two pictures where I clearly show what confuses me with the device.

so please answer and dont send me to some homemade video that doesnt demonstrate the problem that i am presenting.

There is likely a miscommunication.

The hex piece should already be set up in the cylinder portion unless it is broken or completely disassembled. Once you put on the device, the tension level should sink to the 600 g mark if you push down on the rods themselves while you are wearing the device. This should not be a problem. If it is, you will need to get the device or parts replaced. If you need to do that you can contact SG directly or PM me your order details and I will assist you with that.

The diagram below will show you where each tension setting is.

ok. i understand that you can make it sink down there but how do you make it stay there? do i need to put more bars on? i mean i can push it down but it just goes back to the starting postion with all the lines exposed.

Your description sounds like there is not enough tension. You might need to use another rod section. It should stay on place once you have set the tension while wearing the device. If that does not help then it could be that there is a technical problem with your device, or it might need a small amount of lubrication like WD40 for the moving parts.

I bought the size genetics about a month ago and I am having the same problem. All the tension lines show. If I add another bar, my outstretched flaccid doesn't even fit onto the rods. Also, my comfort strap simply comes undone.

I have right now 3 bars on each side. Two longs and a mini and all the lines still show! I am confused.

At the moment I am very dissatisfied with the product and I feel that I spent a lot of money for product that is great in concept. I see the concept but I feel I have been treated with major disrespect as a customer. For one, I bought the ultimate package with a 50+ comfort system. What did i get? The 16 something comfort system.

Also, the instructions is horrible. Really? If Sony can package a $770+ device (PS3) at a loss and package it complete with all the peripherals and instructions... you guys could do better.

Second, most of my products were missing in my order. Looked into it and there is insert saying "we are out on the parts of your order, we will get them to you when we resupply." Your company likely fully knew of the products being unavailable yet your advertised your packages as there was no supply issue at all. Been about a month... still have not received what I paid for. No email, nothing in the mail no contact from customer support.

It seems like your company is trying to cut corners to maximize profits hoping to capitalize on thinking "nobody would call in requesting their penis growth device order has missing parts." Im different. Im 5'4 in height with a 7.25" BPEL penis wanting to get into the 8's" so I have no problem calling in or in writing my complaints to you, to everyone on this forum, to the BBB and whomever. If you guys don't get it... I am sure your competitors are secretly reading this thread too and will capitalize on where you guys cut corners.

will SG make any products similar to VLC tugger or phallosan for holding? The noose is the only thing remotely comforting for me, and even then, I cant even sustain very long. I've tried every method I think, none really comfortable as I want to do long stretches of time.

Another issue is that my bars have a bit of QC issues. I could not get them screwed into each other, the threads were bad. I had to force screw 4/6 bars to get it working! Thought my system was broke tbh. The product looks high quality, but a bit of QC issue.
