Turn the bars inward as instructed in the diagram. If its not ending flush where you set the tension while you are wearing the device then it might need lube on the threads or it is faulty.

anyway when i turn the bars while wearing it, the whole mechanism extends but the lines do not disappear.

i'm not going to lube it up if that's going to void the return.

I wish I had found this thread before ordering this device. The instructional DVD is a joke. I paid all that money for a product that I need to search the net for clarity on proper operation. I am still unsure if it even works right as there is no movement on the hexagonal nuts at all when I add tension (i.e.they do not compress). After reading this thread I now see what a shady and incompetent company this is.

Will be emailing and requesting my refund but will not hesitate to contact my CC company if they give me the run around.

Hey Bobby, i hope you can understand why I'm a "little" angry. First off, I purchased the product when it was advertised as the 58 way comfort system with 2800 g of tension. Instead, I received a box that says 16 way comfort system and 1500 g of tension. This was not what I ordered!

The first time I contacted you guys, I never got a response back. The second time I tried, I was told that I would receive a reply within the next week. It has almost been a month now! I want to at least know why I got the "wrong" product?

I'm sorry, but what is this?

Perhaps I do have the correct model (maybe you guys didn't change the boxing? Which in that case you should) THAT'S all i want to know! Thanks.
