You have to use it acording to that link for 4 months without taking a rest day. Bobby, is that really something you recommend people doing? What If im at the hospital cause of an accident and can only use it for 115 instead of 120. Then I cant return it nice right?

Still I wonder: You need to use it for 120 straight, without a rest day to return it. Why dont you then recommend this kind of routine for ppl who buy it? Otherwise they miss the chance to get thier money back

Nothing about not taking a rest day on the SG site link. You keep repeating that for some reason. If you go to hospital during that time then support could work something out. Humans work at SG too

Wanna know why I keep repeating that? I can copy the e mail they send me why I couldnt recieve a refund. Maybe that makes it clear: "As part of our Guarantee you are required to wear the device for 120 consecutive days - from your previous response you have only been wearing it for 6 days a week - therefore you have not met the terms of our Guarantee.Due to this, if you returned your item to us, a refund would not be issued." This can of course be proved want a screen shot?

This makes me wonder about your position with the company, you claim in your first post you work with support, how to use the device etc. And still after 10 years you cant issue a refund yourself when you think im right (entitled to a refund) is that correct?

I am a support liaison. While I do not have the authority to grant refunds I am direct to the SizeGenetics support staff. They are already aware of your request and this post with your concerns.

I had posted in my last email that I would let you know as soon as your issue was resolved. Here is what SG has sent me about your case: I have a partial answer so far, but want to get the full answer so that I can give you a proper update and we know where we are at going forwards and you can include this in your forum post update. As I soon as I get it, I will let you know.
