ahhh I see. In your article about increasing and adjusting, when you refer to the "bars near the base" to increase tension, is that the hexagonal bars that I stated? apologies if i'm repeating myself. Another question also is regarding the amount of tension e.g. 900g, 1200g etc. where do I find these readings or establish them on the device, as I can't really see any resemblance to this on the device itself, and also I've been wearing the device for 6 hours a day for the last 5 days with no additional rods, just lengthened the rods that are already on it, to it's max (is this what I should be doing? and for how long?) again appreciated the response

I'm having a couple issues I'm hoping you can help me with.
Is there a video that shows how to assemble the device when it's all in pieces. I remember having to figure this out when I first got it and was trying to understand how it works. For traction I'm only able to turn the thumb screws and in many videos I see people turning the bars above them and with ease. Mine are very stiff. As well some videos show the thumb screws in the middle of the extender rather than the base, is this right?
As well more recently the noose seems to be slipping when I try to go past a certain tightness. Unfortunately my flaccid girth is too small for the comfort strap and have always used the noose but now when I try to tighten the noose to stretch farther it slips back when it never used to.

The hex bars are what need to be turned for tension.Originally posted by dreamhog View Postahhh I see. Some models may have different tension settings. The standard models usually go up from 600 to 1500 g in 300 g increments. Each notch delineates a new level of tension.
If you need a routine to help you there's one here https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post912155

Were you given access to the Penis Health member's area when you signed up? There is an excellent video here too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UcU0DY3JOdcOriginally posted by newbie55 View PostI'm having a couple issues I'm hoping you can help me with.

You can use more than one type of padding if you need extra bulk. Have you tried using more than one pad?

The Ultimate System is the most robust model and you can get extra rods lengths if you need to from https://www.sizegenetics.com/us/spare-parts

The extra rod lengths are showing as being only $45 here https://www.sizegenetics.com/default/spare-partsOriginally posted by Jon123456 View PostSo I would have to pay 350 USD and then more to get rods that fit? That seems bloody ridiculous.
