Step-By-Step Bundled/Corkscrew Stretch (Caution; Pictures are thumbnails)

    So the pictures have been re-uploaded. If they get deleted again i'll just go through the resizing process to fix it and post it onto the forums themselves. Otherwise enjoy em!

      But no, I stayed at the same weight. I'm sticking around 10 pounds which I find quite comfortable ... even with the bundles thrown in. Weeks ago I did spin the weight while hanging 'cos I figured it would increase the intensity of the stretch but it's only been in recent work-outs that I've consistently added it to my routine because of the bundled stretch posts that have emerged ... and a desire to hit length more.

      My feeling is that a bundled stretch while hanging, carefully done, ensures that you get a consistent and controllable level of intensity.

      I'm currently doing 2 x 15 minute hanging sets and during each set I'm doing 6 x 30 second bundled stretches of at least a full turn ... 360 degrees. For each set of six I do left, right, short rest; left, right, short rest; left, right,finish.

        Very, very cool. Seen any gains from doing that? And if you haven't measured then do you feel as if you're getting a good enough workout that it will help you gain? How does your tunica feel when you do it?
        I'm definitely going to try this once I get used to the 10 lb weight.

          Since starting PE I haven't seen any length gains but I've had a small girth gain.

          I've completed JPs routine and so I figure it's time to crank the length exercises up a notch, hence the switch to hanging and, for the last few days, bundled stretches.

          So it's too early to say millia ... but I remain optimistic!!

            Well you might be tunica limited, have you read the TGC theory? If you do a normal bundled stretch and then pull with resistance against the stretch you might be able to deform that tunica a little bit easier. Just a theory though.

              Hi everyone, and thanks to Millia for posting this. Been lurking for a while now, and PEing for about 4/5 months. However, it wasn't serious until now, so I'm just goin to be annoying noob because I want to clear a couple of things up and make sure I am doing stuff correctly (or trying to)

              1. I think I was stretching wrongly before (holding too near to the base of the penis) however, I am following the reccomendations laid out here - I am uncircumcised, and basically if I kegel when doing stretches, (these or normal stretches), i find that the 'pull' from the kegel pulls hte penis head ack so that my hand is gripping it, which I figure is bad - if I stretch 'upward' I can hardly stretch at all because of the thing about the head retracting and going underneath my fingers.. any comments on this please ?

              2. Frankly, I have no idea how hard to 'stretch', I think I could pull as hard as I would want and it wouldn't hurt (I haven't).. but basically, I have no size gains from the PEing I've done so far, but my penis definitely feels better and it feels more liek the 'jelly' type I remember reading it should feel like...

              ....So, I am going to take it seriously and try and follow a 2 days on / 1 off or even 3 days on / 1 off. (I do a lot of sport and can judge my 'overtraining' pretty well.) As I said, from the work I've done so far it feels a lot better so I'm going to really try and put the time in. From TGC theory I think I def def def need a longer tunica, so I am trying to get this stretching down a bit better.

              Oh also, stretching going straight out is ok though... (it's mainly stretching up that gives the head retraction problem). And in case anyone cares, my haphazard 'routine' before involved warming up, stretching, and jelqing, so I believe the conditioning is coming along.

                Hello Weggde and welcome to the Gym brother!
                You do not want to be gripping your glans in any way when stretching you want to be just below the glans and that can include gripping on your foreskin (just not the head!) You do not need to kegel when you stretch, I actually find that when I am just stretching it is counter productive because it changes my grip up.
                You don't need to pull as hard as you can because you can end up permanently and seriously damaging your penis, but you want to stretch it so you feel a tug, and pull on your penis. If a 10 would be yanking your dick with a lot of force and a 1 would be stretching it out lightly you want to be at roughly a 6~7.
                I suggest that since you're posting here, you're thinking about bundled stretches, well I wouldn't try them just yet if I were you. Even though you've been doing 4-5 months of PE, start doing something consistent by starting JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine, it yields gains to most members that start out using it. After you complete it your penis will be conditioned for advanced stretches like the bundled stretch!

                    Not a problem, just glad I could help you out.
                    Also I'd suggest you start a progress log so other members can view what you're doing and make suggestions and give you advice on what you're doing as well, very useful tool and helps you stay consistent.

                            Got me into thinking of using my extender bundled...but that just seems like a road to disaster..

                              I don't think that'd be a good idea because you only hold the bundle as G4 said in an earlier post for 30 seconds max. I would say the absolute longest that one should hold it would be a minute, but I'm not a pro, but due to the intensity that would seem the best route to go.

                                I'd decided to focus more heavily on length (mainly via hanging) and I stumbled on the bundled stretch ... which I'm now combining with the hanging. I've skimmed TGC Theory and the tunica may be the limiting factor ... so I'm hopeful that 'listening' to my body has taken me in the right direction.

                                My wife is away this week so I'll get a good consistent week of PE in. I'm hoping I get some signs but, if not, the coming weeks and months should tell.
