    Thanks, I know others are going to fall in love with this one!! Regarding twisting: I am going to assume that those of you who find your unit twisting when doing these (and perhaps on other exercises as well), twist the same way each time, ie. always counterclockwise or clockwise. Mine doesn't so I am just throwing out an idea here. If it always for instance, twists clockwise (clockwise when looking down at it) place the V on top a little off toward the eleven o'clock side. Then when it starts to twist, you can slightly move your wrist opposite of the twist to help keep it straight. As long as your initial grip isn't too off center, your fingers will still be securely riding both CC's.

    What I think sets these apart isn't any one jelq, but the accumulation of strong jelqs that makes it so good. On any one jelq you might feel like it isn't all that impressive, but after a few of these your unit will know it is different.

      Why is no one trying this and commenting? In all three workouts I have done since incorporating UV's into my routine my unit has never felt so thick or so good. I am certainly no rookie throwing his two cents out there, and I think I have made some important posts with this group. A couple guys mentioned their unit twisted, but that is about it. I am asking you guys to try this and comment. It is not an advanced exercise like UJ's are, so I think even the newer guys can give it a crack. I am excited as all hell about this one, and when I first posted I was sure there would be a lot of feedback. I have been pretty much plateaued for a while now, but in just these few workouts I have seen a little measurable gain. How my unit feels is improved, I am excited that I am hitting my CC's in a maximum way, and I have actually gained a little girth. Please guys, give this simple technique a try and comment positively or negatively about it!! Maybe others have done this in the past, but if you try stuff and don't share, you aren't helping anyone but yourself.

          I will try KP, but my webcam pretty much sucks.

          When you try these you very well might feel they are not much different feeling. Trust me they are, and it is accumulative affect that makes them so good, not any one V-jelq.

            hey rbi, been doing your Ult V's for about 5 days now. I'm finding I get erect very quickly with them now, have to wait, then start again. What are your thoughts about this? Some guys recommend NOT jelqing or doing V's when you're erect. I can't seem to not get erect with the Ult V's... too much stimulation??

              Some, not all argue against jelqing at full erection. The nice thing about UV's is if you choose to jelq erect you can, whereas when attempting to do a regular V when erect or nearly erect it won't work because you can't create enough force with just using your fingers. Care is paramount the higher your erection level. That being said, I find when I am doing these I have a higher erection level than normal, but I don't stop. I am doing these in conjunction with my UJ's. Three sets, each set consisting of 50 UJ's and 30 UV's. I finish off with three 60 second two handed squeezes for the benefit of my glans. In less than 30 minutes I hit my CC's, CS and glans with a maximum workout.

              One thing I do if I am getting harder than I want, take my mind off of what I am doing and don't think about how good it feels (while making sure my technique stays correct). After a few more jelqs at that level, I find my erection subsides enough to be back where I want it.

                Because for me personally, firstly I want to stay away from girth gaining exercises as I want more length-it seems I have a reasonable girth to begin with and I have gained in that area without even trying. Secondly I am in week 3 of KP's beginner to advanced-beginner routine so wont be touching anything else until at least after christmas. It seems to be working well for me so far so who knows I might just keep going until the gains stop! Don't fix what aint broke, and all that...

                Good luck with it though RBI, I hope you get good gains along with good feedback from the rest of the guys.

                  thanks rbi - obviously you experience the same thing with the higher erection level. I wonder if there isn't some benefit to that, just need to be careful - I totally agree.

                    One of the arguments made for erect jelqing is that if you are at 90% or more erection, you need only 11% or less added blood to exceed 100%. Whereas, jelqing at 50% leaves you needing 50% or more additional blood to break 100%. The danger comes in at just how much over 100% can you go before hurting yourself? I would hate like hell to find out!!! I am never above 80%, and even then I don't stay there long.

                        RBI, have you tried doing the V-jelq making the V with your index and thumb. It seems that you would get a lot more pressure sans the hand fatigue.

                          The nice thing about UV's is your fingers don't get tired because your other hand is doing the squeezing for your jelqing fingers. The soreness I get now is in the fingers that are getting squeezed, not from squeezing, but from being squeezed. That is why I alternate pretty frequently between hands. My UJ strokes are about four seconds, my UV strokes are around six seconds.

                            Yesterday I noted another advantage to these over regular V's. Since I am using my other hand to squeeze my jelqing fingers together, my fingers are sort of wrapping around my unit and are hitting the sides of my CS. While it is not doing as much for them as regular jelqs or UJ's, it is hitting my CS better than when doing V's the regular way.

                                in between jelp and v jelq sessions this is what i do. i am fat from top to bottom, but im not wide from side to side. i take my middle finger and index finger and make a stiff flat v. then i take my one hand and hold out my erection, just so i can hold it straight and it doesnt move around. sometimes i point my erection down a little. then i take my fingers, dig nice n deep at the base, and slowly slide it to the head. the bubble of pressure it creates is insane. from the base to midshaft is the hardest part of the slide motion. i have yet to try it in other variations. i think soon i might just squeeze the head while i do it just to get myself a little wider on the shaft.
